Great Spot!

We really enjoyed our time in this location. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and other attractions was perfect. The condo itself had a large couch for everyone to enjoy TV, the rooms were clean and well appointed. The kitchen was terribly small, which was fine, but if you like to cook or plan on eating in the entire time (which we did), just be aware! We did find everything we needed to enjoy our meals! We especially enjoyed the A/C and the porch to people watch.

Family Reunion

Nice overall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything as advertised but the place needs a deep, thorough cleaning. Also, sinks drained very slowly like they were partially clogged.

Awesome Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Wrightsville for years and once again, have enjoyed a great week. The property is in a great location and very comfortable. We got great use of the porch early in the day and late in the afternoon/night watching people walk, jog, bike along Lumina. We also rose our bikes routinely along the island, and even to Harris Teeter a few times. Definitely would stay here again!

great stay and property

this is a great property. very updated with nice finishes throughout. love the tvs. good location for walking to amenities. can be a tad noisy but fans are great for that and doesnt deter since everything else is so nice. needs some clothes hangers in every closet. key code is great but a link or number directly in checkout email would be great to alert bryant of check out but thats really it. thanks.

noisy corner

The beds were great but the floors were filthy! However, that was taken care of. I believe the oven needs replacement (only runs on convection setting!)The dishwasher wasn't so great,either.We would not come beck here.

My happy place

Only 2 things that need chain g / Need better non stick pots & pans and master bed is very lumpy - just needs a new pad. Will be back again;)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is a gem! Wonderfully appointed and decorated, from the wood ceilings to the comfortable beds. The location is excellent-close to the beach and all the activities that Wrightsville Beach offers. It did not feel like your typical beach house-which is a good thing. It was cozy and the perfect amount of room for our family of 6. We love to cook, so I might recommend a few more larger pots. Besides that, we had a wonderful vacation here. Thank you Bryant!

Great townhouse!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at the McGraw Hilton. Excellent location. Very quick walk to the beach and the pier and we loved sitting on the multiple porches and watching all of the foot traffic in the area. The set up was ideal with the bedrooms spread out and each having their own bathroom. Please change the extremely lumpy mattress pad in the master though. And maybe an extra baking sheet or two. Besides that, our stay was absolutely perfect and we will be back.

Home at the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is truly a loved family home. It is well card for with comfortable upscale furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. There is a short walk to the beach and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and store the beach chairs. The outdoor patio has a palm tree view and comfortable cocktail seating or morning coffee sunrise view. Parking space for two to three cars and even a visitor can squeeze in on the side. It is centrally located to restaurants and a short walk for more coffee and cocktails. I wish this house was mine, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Reviewer Comments: The place has a nice location and its spaces and mostly renovated. The problem is that is was extremely dusty and had roaches. Also owners need to take some stuff out it very cluttered with stuff all over the counters. The master was wickerd and it was sooo dusty.

Greedy

We ended up not going because of the Tropical Storm. I knew we were past the window to cancel and get our money back but they had another opening for the another weekend in a couple weeks and wouldn’t allow us to switch to those dates. I’ve stayed at this property before and it’s a very nice condo. I decided not to cancel the booking even though we ended up not going so I would be able to write a review and also so the property couldn’t keep our money and still try to get somebody else in the condo for the week to double their money.

A nice week at the beach

The condo was lovely even though not as clean as I would like. I am not sure anyone ever cleaned or wiped down the drawers in the bathroom. Also, the shower curtain rod was rusted and needed to be replaced. One of the drawers in the kitchen needed to be fixed as the silverware drawer threatened to fall out when opened. The heat and air were not strong enough to work on both levels. If you got it warm enough downstairs it would be a sauna upstairs. As I only stayed here by my self, it was workable, but if I had had others stay it would have been a constant battle tyring to heat or cool both levels.

A very nice condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was lovely but the upstairs guest bath needed attention. The shower valve was very difficult to operate and the shower head needed replacing. The lavatory was stopped up causing a very slow drain.We had two cars with us and we moved one to get the other one out. My sister pulled into the next driveway and we went shopping. While we were gone my sister’s car was towed! This was so unfortunate and could have been avoided had there been a very visible notice in the unit warning about the parking situation.On the other hand, your 24 hour on call contact, David, was very helpful with getting us the correct entry code. He went above and beyond to help us.

We stayed at this property for my daughters graduation weekend. Our ages range from six months to 58 years old. This house was perfect for everybody. There is it downstairs bedroom, and two upstairs bedrooms. The rooms are nice and quiet, beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything I needed for a really wonderful party. This unit is steps away from a darling park that my grand children loved. It is also a one minute walk to the beach. Could not have been better for a multi generational gathering. We absolutely loved our stay!
