Relax in our newly renovated modern cottage set on 2 beautiful acres!

Our cottage is set in the country surrounded by trees, pasture, and a small farm across the street but is just 5 miles North of Charlottesville. Bringing you right outside of some of the most famous wineries and amenities of our area while surrounded by peaceful and beautiful nature.

We live on the neighboring property in a renovated barn on our own private 3 acres. You will have complete privacy unless you need us!
The space
The entire house is for your use, including the fully stocked kitchen, fiber wifi, washer, dryer, two common areas, 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and newly painted patio with bistro lights and a propane fire pit!

There are three levels to the cottage. The main level is open concept and holds the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Upstairs has a very large master bedroom with a king bed, full bed, and an attached newly renovated full bathroom.

We enjoy natural materials and interior design with modern touches. You'll notice hand hewn beams when you walk in as well as our custom built island and pine herringbone floors. Enjoy dining on our custom built live edge wood slab dining room table.
Guest access
The entire house and surrounding two acres are for your use. We live in the neighboring property in our newly renovated barn on our own three acres. You will have complete privacy. Likewise we ask that you respect our privacy and do not come to our home but rather message us if you need something.
Other things to note
Wildlife does live on and around the property. There is a small farm across the street and you will see the cows grazing in the morning.

Almost every night deer graze on the upper pasture. This year we have at least 8 deer! Also some birds we see regularly include cardinals, bluebirds, woodpeckers, and hawks.

We have two very sweet outdoor cats that may venture over to the outside of your cottage. A five year old black cat named Grey and a white kitten named Eva. They are both very friendly and sweet but do still have their claws so don’t let your littles pull their tales, etc.
