Most was great. The TV wasn’t working but a nice grounds worker fixed it on Thanksgiving Day. The view was perfect.

Beautiful property! Perfect getaway spot. Well maintained. Helpful staff. We will book again.

We loved this unit, which was perfect for our family of 5! It is well stocked, beautifully maintained, and has a good view of the gulf from its two screened in porches. We love sanibel island and have stayed in several different locations on the island over the years. Sanibel moorings is a beautiful property, with a very helpful staff. We played tennis and pickleball on their dedicated courts. And used the beach every day. It’s location is perfect to easily access the many restaurants along periwinkle way. We will happily stay at sanibel moorings again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While this particular listing shows nicely, the furniture is not comfortable, and the layout/floor plan is not inviting. Other units are an open floor plan, while this one has a wall that shuts off the kitchen. The decor is nice, but very, very dark and not somewhere you can sit and "hang out" or enjoy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 712 was great for our family! The unit is renovated in the main living areas which is much appreciated. The master bath area could use an update, but it was clean, which was all we really needed. The views are fantastic and worth the additional cost in comparison to other units. We have stayed at the Moorings for decades and this is one of our favorite units. It is a little dark due to its position but the views more than make up for that! We would return! There were four adults and one child and it was plenty of space.

Perfect location

My husband and I, along with our 3 teenage children, enjoyed our stay here! The best part of this condo is the proximity to the beach, literally just down the steps and you are steps away! No need to pack a cooler when you go to the beach, just pop back to the condo. The views from the 2 porches are perfection. Sanibel has a fantastic sidewalk path throughout for walks, jogs and bike rides. We had no trouble getting into the restaurants we found on Yelp and enjoyed shopping at Bailey’s General store for groceries. Check in and out were so easy and we arrived very late. The grounds are so well taken care of and beautiful. The condo was clean, the kitchen was functional, the beds were comfortable- all in all- great stay!

Wonderful time, beautiful location

A condo outfitted with everything you'll need plus a beautiful view of the gulf, a dependable breeze, quiet, peaceful. Reliable internet, lots of televisions (although we never turned them on) clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Plus the added bonus of a tennis court that no one else seemed to use, beach umbrellas, chairs and lounges, and a very nice pool made our stay delightful.

Perfect getaway

Loved the entire area, grounds, staff etc... the condo was really beautiful (hoping the owners decide to update master bath to the same level as rest of the place). Would definitely go back again.

We had the best time at #712! It was very clean and the location was great! Master bath needs an updating like the other bath but overall a very nice place to stay! Staff was very accommodating especially Grace! See you next year!
