Este espacioso condominio cuenta con una cocina actualizada con todo lo que necesita para hacer una excelente comida. Un comedor abierto con asientos para seis personas da a la sala de estar y a la terraza. Techos altos y sala de estar abierta con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al agua. El lanai grande domina los terrenos tropicales y tiene vistas parciales del Golfo de México. La gran suite principal también tiene vistas al golfo, una cama king y un baño principal con ducha. La primera habitación tiene un gran armario, un televisor de pantalla plana y dos camas individuales. El área del loft con vista al lanai también tiene vistas increíbles y dos camas individuales con nido. Un condominio espacioso, limpio y luminoso en la playa!

Stay on Sanibel Island

We stayed at the Villas on Sanibel and had a very good time. The property was just as described, well stocked and clean. Great access to the beach and all property amenities including a very clean pool.

Good for four people or less

The loft would be fine for children, but not for adults. Don't think children would like it either because of no TV in the loft. We called the office about two brown recluse spiders we found in the loft, but no one ever came to check about it. The bath tub in the small bathroom would not drain properly. Would be standing in dirty bath water by the time a person finished a shower. I would not rent this condo again.

Great for the location and price

It’s hard to beat this location on the island. Easy access to stores and restaurants while also being a private location and literally steps to the sand. We enjoyed the screened lanai and really appreciated the adequate number of beach chairs. Our group was 4 adults and 4 children and the unit was comfortable for the 8 of us. The condo itself is dated and could use some TLC. Things like chipped plates and cups and ripped shower curtains could easily be replaced. If you have more than one vehicle, parking can be very tight at this location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Villa Sanibel and would book again.

Great beach

Condo was tired, bedding , bath and beach towels were nice. Kitchen needs updating on pans, kid friendly dishes and cups, very few cupboards no space for groceries. We cook a lot with our gang. Decent beach supplies, short walk to nice beach. Had to work around condos being painted and telehand in the way of our parking, windows taped and plastic wrapped for a few days, a bit annoying, but nothing we could do, bad timing from association. Would we go back? Probably not, lots of other condos to try out

Spring Break with teenagers

Very quiet location. Easily sleeps a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Plenty of room to spread out. Awesome beach access. Easy biking to Bailey’s and other shopping. Don’t miss the farmers market/food trucks on Sunday morning and bring a bag for all your goodies!

This stay was everything we hoped for and our bucket list for Sanibel Island was fulfilled. Condo had everything we needed plus beach chairs, umbrella and other miscellaneous beach items. Hope to come back!

Can't Beat the Location

This was our second time staying at Villa Sanibel and although this was a different unit that is slightly further from the water, you just can't beat the proximity to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Kingfisher made the check in process super easy and they were very responsive when we needed to replace old beach chairs, even sending someone out the same day with brand new chairs. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back next year!!

Close to the beach

The condo was very close to the beach, & the beach was very nice. The week we were there was not crowded. There were only a handful of other guests in the complex. The condo was very convenient to stores & restaurants, and the food was good at the places we ate. The management company was easy to work with & accommodated all of our requests. The only thing I would mention is that the condo could have been a bit cleaner. The carpet was pretty old, the vacuums in the condo didn't work, & there were tiny ants everywhere, particularly in the bathroom. This wasn't a terrible problem, but it was something worth mentioning.

Great location, but tired

There are not 3 bedrooms! There is a loft that is open with no privacy or curtains. And hot upstairs. Great location next to beach. But condo is tired and a bit dingy. Bring toilet paper (we only got 1 roll). Bring an umbrella. The one supplied was broken. Overall its a small, older apartment. There are better on the island, so look around.

Proximity to the beach was fantastic

Location was perfect. Just steps away from the beach. The condo was comfortable. We could have used more beach towels in the unit.

Great location

Short walk to a beautiful quite beach. The property was a bit dated but we had everything we needed and were able to cook nice meals when we weren't eating out a fabulous restaurants.

Sanibel water view condo

Spacious condo in a small three building condo community. Comfortably fits six adults. A few minutes walk to a great beach. Water view from the balcony. Short drive or bike ride to numerous stores and restaurants. Only negative was the tight parking spaces at the complex.

Can’t beat the location

Can’t beat the location. This unit is just steps away from both the pool and the beach. Perfect if you are looking to simply relax in the sun and enjoy the weather. It’s also very close to a number of restaurants, supermarket and shopping center. All were within a mile and a half. The unit itself was exactly as advertised. It slept four adults very well.

Good Location on Sanibel

2nd floor unit with a small view of the gulf. Great location for the beach and Bailies grocery store, out of the congestion. Condo was not in great shape. Broken towel bar in master bath, carpet had a large stain and food under the chairs and couch. Basic supplies and dated kitchen. Quiet and comfortable

Great Property! So close to the beach!

We loved our stay at Villa Sanibel for our family vacation! The college aged kids loved the loft area and we enjoyed our coffee on the screened patio each morning. The beach is only steps away and the property had chairs, an umbrella and towels for us to take with us. The community pool was also clean and never crowded. Thanks for an amazing week!

great family place

This is a well-managed, nicely appointed unit in a small condo complex. We could see and hear the ocean from our screened porch where we played go fish with the grandkids when we were taking a break from the beach. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet, and the storage area on the porch had everything you need for the beach. Villa Sanibel is close driving distance to any shopping you need or want, and yet its surrounded by lush trees and plants giving you plenty of privacy. I don't think we could've found a better place for our fall family vacation.

100 Steps or less to the beach! Partial Gulf Views! Listen to the sounds of the surf from the spacious two bedroom/two bathroom condo with a loft. This spacious condo has an updated kitchen with everything you need to make a great meal. An open dining area with seating for six overlooks the living room and lanai. Cathedral ceilings and open living room with flat screen TV and views of the water. The large lanai overlooks the tropical grounds and has partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. The large master suite also has views of the Gulf, a king bed and a master bathroom with shower. The first guest room has a large closet, a flat screen TV and twin beds. The loft area overlooking the lanai also has amazing views and two twin beds with trundles. A spacious, bright clean condo on the beach!
