Un paseo muy corto a la playa, bares y restaurantes. cocina recientemente renovada con encimeras de granito, pisos de madera noble, 2 baños completos, suite principal enorme, cochera, amplio patio trasero con una gran sala de adoquines cerrados y todo lo que Deerfield Beach tiene para ofrecer.

Perfect Location for Family StayCation

This was a perfect location for a family staycation. The house was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Best Location Ever!!

This house was very comfortable and had everything you needed. It is so close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops that it could not be better. The property manager was super communicative and we really enjoyed our stay. The big, beautiful backyard was a major plus for our dog. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Deerfield Beach!!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was perfect with an easy walk to the beach, local shops and pubs. The house had everything we needed for our stay which made it very homey. The screen porch was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning while enjoying the sunshine. The communication was outstanding and everything about the stay was just super easy and perfect!

Lovely property, clean and with a great patio and backyard. Very short walk to the beach, with many restaurants within walking distance. We particularly appreciated the beach cart for carrying chairs, etc to the beach, umbrella, hammock and outdoor shower. We'll be back!

Perfect home base for south Florida beach vacation!

This property was exactly what we were looking for! We are from Wisconsin, and were in Deerfield Beach over the New Year for a wedding. The location, within short walking distance to bars resturants and the beach, was just what we were looking for. Helped that the weather (and the wedding) were awesome! Really enjoyed the screened in porch area for chilling out......home was nicely updated and checked all the boxes. We would stay here again if we returned to Deerfield Beach!

It really is the best location in Deerfield Beach!

Convenient. A fenced in backyard for grandkids. A beach buggy for the beach stuff. Three bedrooms of comfortable beach living. Great communication with host. A place and a rental where the guest can just relax and enjoy a great beach, with food options a couple of minutes walk away. We had a wonderful week and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again! Extended trip for appointments

We were staying next door at another rental and in the arra for my elderly father”s doctor appointments. Luckily Dan”s place was available. He was so nice to let is check im a few hours early which helped with the cold items we had in the fridge from the previous stay. The place suited our needs. He has everything you need The area is so close to the beach. We’ll likely rent again and next time bring our 2 small dogs.

Great location but no so clean

The property is located in a good neighborhood, very close to restaurants and beach (walkable). The kitchen is equipped with all essentials and they also have several beach toys and chairs. However, we did not find the house very clean. There were several worms and lots of cockroaches !! The couches in the living room also need an upgrade.

We try our best to make everything how we want it when we stay. I personally check our home before and after most cleanings to make sure its top notch and didn't see anything. Fantastic house and great location!

Stayed here with my son & parents for a family vacation in March. The house was perfect for 5 of us, and could have fit more, it never felt crowded, everybody had space to watch TV, read a book, hang out in the garden, etc. depending on the mood. Loved that there were basics in the cupboards and fridge and we made sure to leave some extras behind as well. Everything worked beautifully and it was the easiest stay I've ever had, no fuss and muss and everything exactly as it was described. Short stroll to the beach made it perfect for us to head back and forth for my son's nap-time and we had easy access to good 'basic' restaurants and great ice cream!

Cozy, clean and great communication.

Overall, we had a great time in our very short stay. The place was clean and cozy, but I really have to point out the fact that I needed to leave an hour right after checkout which is 10:00 am since my son needed to take a quick online quiz and at the same time, my toddler needed additional attention. I was willing to process additional payment for extra time since it was really imperative for my son to take his quiz. Instead, I received a negative response and a list of Checkout duties. I don’t disagreed on checkout procedures since we usually do much more than what’s asked. But since we are regulars on VRBO and other sites I never experienced such a cold answer. I felt the need to write my disappointment since traveling with little kids can get challenging sometimes. I am not sure if I’ll use this host again since we travel to South Florida every single month out of the year, but definitely require flexibility to check out at 11:00 am. Also, regular cable was not available and we ended up using our iPad with our Directv and other apps in the main bedroom. The living room has a Roku and Netflix. Overall, this is a cozy-small house which has everything needed from a mile distance to the beach. However, when traveling with kids, I feel a little bit of consideration is needed.

Awesome vacation getaway

Our host Dan was quick to respond and was super friendly. The house is in a great location that is within walking distance to bars, restaurant’s and a beautiful beach! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the screened in porch was a great gathering place for an evening drink or morning coffee. I would highly recommend this place for a fun vacation getaway.

Highly recommend!

We loved 1926 and would come back in a heartbeat. The house is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The screened in porch and outdoor shower are a huge plus. We enjoyed the access to the beach. Despite being very close to the heart of Deerfield Beach, it was very quiet. Dan’s communications were timely and detailed. Highly recommend!

Great house!

We had an excellent stay at this property. It really had everything we needed! From beach carts to strollers to boogie boards, to all kitchen appliances and even spices, we really felt at home. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and pier, cute street and town and everything is really walkable. Highly recommended!

Hands down the Best Location in Deerfield Beach.. updated single family beach home. super close to the beach about 1.5 blocks or 1000ft. No bridges to cross, elivators, or condo camandos we wanted a single home walking distance not a condo. We also looked for years in Deerfield Beach becouse of the atmosphere, cleanliness , the great shops, restaurants the family environment. This is one of the few single family homes in the Best area of Deerfield Beach.

Our home is very close to the beach and everything Deerfield has to offer. This is a single home with a huge large yard to play or hang out in, screened rear patio, lots of parking and only a block to the beach. Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms. As well as, changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary . Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean.
