This spacious and modern apartment offers a comfortable and convenient living space, with a quarter of an acre of outside enjoyment. Featuring a huge kitchen to enjoy cooking, granite countertops, breakfast bar, separate dining room, two bedrooms and one bathroom with tub and shower combo (and fan). This apartment, with an open concept can accommodate a variety of guests.
The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet, providing ample storage space. The second bedroom offers a trundle bed with twin-sized beds for additional sleeping arrangements. Please note that both rooms have drapes, assuring a great sleep.
There is an electric fireplace and ceiling fans, ensuring a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We are both born and raised in California. We’ve lived there all our lives. We have a daughter that’s 22 and a son that is 40. We’ve decided to come to Florida for a new experience and see what is on this side of the country for a change of scene. We came to visit, a friend and buy a property. Hence this triplex and fell in love with Florida! We planned to stay only two years, but now decided to stay longer. We love the wildlife, the birds and the people. We find people to be very enjoyable here. We enjoy coming over and working on the yard, improving the property, and seeing our tenants. They are both very nice. And this Airbnb adventure is exciting for us because we love meeting new people. The Canadians that are coming are going to be a fun experience for us.
We live in a condo on the Gulf and enjoy meeting the people that live there also, from all different states. It’s exciting for us and a new life! We are truly enjoying our partial retirement. We love people, and this is giving us a chance to get around, to meet and do that, and hear about places we’d like to visi and share with them.. It’s a win-win situation! We have a trailer and travel that way and also fly!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We chose to buy in this neighborhood because it’s so cute. We thought it was nice looking and up-and-coming. Not so hustle and bustle as the already commercial areas south of us but also has a very cute downtown that is not pretentious and easy-going but yet has very nice restaurants that I would call posh! It has a Theatre that has good plays Japanese restaurants, California cuisine breakfast, outdoor places and so much a nice little comfortable downtown cozy community! It even has nighttime dancing and plenty of bars for the night scene. Daytime concerts in the park. A beautiful lake to walk around homemade ice cream. To me it has it all! People ride around in their little golf carts and scooters. They are rentable close by on the corner. I’ll write more soon.

I am a graphic artist and fine artist. My husband is a commercial renovator. Together we have renovated many properties, and we have been landlords for 20 years. The AIRBNB side of things is new to us, but we put our heart into this little place and I have decorated with my own paintings which I hope you all enjoy. I hope you’ll also be careful of them and not take them home with you. 🤣🤣🤣 Everything’s always available for a price though so don’t be afraid to ask; however, that’s not why they’re there. I think it feels much more homey, with quality paintings, that’s way they’re there. I’ve put things where I would want them if I were living there. We provided our good coffee; caffeinated and decaf and all of the essentials to get you started.
We are actually close by and enjoy coming over and working on this property. We like having the yard and the plants looking good and enjoy improving it all the time. So if you have any suggestions, let us now. We’re installing a bocce ball area and horseshoe pit. I would like to add a putting green, also. Coming soon!
