With a king bed in the master, queen in BR #2, and a sleeper sofa in the living area, this condo can sleep up to 6. Must be 25 to rent.



The Space:

Phoenix I has all of the amenities that you should expect in a premier beach-front resort.



Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Phoenix I offers numerous amenities for both adults and kids. Amenities include: lighted tennis courts, adult and kiddy pools, indoor racquetball courts, exercise rooms, BBQ pits, game rooms, solar heated outdoor pool, indoor pool, beach volleyball, gazebos and much more. Guests also have access to the amenities at the neighboring Phoenix buildings.



Phoenix I 1047 is situated on the 4th level, offering stunning views of the beach and gulf. The living room features balcony access, a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, and two chairs. The well-equipped kitchen features oak cabinets and new granite countertops, plenty of kitchen utensils for your cooking pleasure, and both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. The dining area table seats four guests. This lovely beachfront condo has tile floors throughout the common area and carpet in the bedrooms. Other features include WiFi and a full-sized washer/ dryer in the condo.



The master bedroom features a king-size bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, large closet, and flat screen TV with DVD player. Making use of the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, Phoenix I 1047 can sleep up to six guests. Wall-outlets in each bedroom include USB ports making charging electronic devises a breeze. Each of the two full-baths includes a granite-topped vanity.



Guest Access:

Phoenix I is located directly on the beach in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. This complex has all of the amenities that you should expect with a first-class beachfront resort destination. Amenities include: beach-side pool, indoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness room, game room, BBQ grill area, racquetball court, tennis court, ping-pong table, on-site security, and so much more. This building also has a SPLASH PAD for the kiddos!!



*Please note: Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, which allows comfortable year-round swimming. Phoenix I is also a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.



The Neighborhood:

Phoenix I is centrally located in Orange Beach, near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that the area has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

You must purchase parking pass (up to 2) separate from rental upon arrival to the complex from the front desk. Price is currently $55 per reservation (price is set by HOA and subject to change).
