Stylish Sebring House – Across from Lake Jackson & close to the Downtown Circle

This freshly painted and updated jungle themed 2-bedroom, 2-bath 1,500 square foot single family home on arguably the prettiest street in town is nestled in the city of Sebring, FL. The property is located just a short drive around beautiful Lake Jackson to the downtown Sebring circle with its great selection of restaurants, bars and shopping.

With its bright and airy open concept layout, the entire space is adorned in a tropical jungle themed décor (look for animals around every corner), you enter the house into the living room, which boasts a comfortable three-person couch and chair and a large HD smart television. A nook close to the living room houses a very eclectic, raw wood desk with chair for all of your business needs. Pens, pencils, paper, envelopes, etc are provided in the desk drawers as well. Secure, 75mbps Wi-Fi Internet included, of course!

Moving into the kitchen that has been updated and upgraded with stainless steel appliances you will find it to be nicely equipped with all the dishes, silverware, dinnerware and accessories that you will need for your stay (please do let us know if you are missing something in particular). Upon entering the dining room, you will find a beautiful natural wood dining room table and six chairs. The view into the lush, private back yard takes center stage for dining with family and friends.

As you pass through into the enclosed, under-air Florida room you can enjoy a functional coffee bar with all the amenities and goodies you need for your morning brew. The glass slider opens up to your own private backyard, which includes various seating areas and a gas grill for all your barbecuing needs. Depending on your time of visit you may find fruit in season. Feel free to pick and enjoy bananas, avocado, papaya, calamondin, lemon, loquat, and mango.

Both bedrooms are nicely appointed with queen bedroom suites. The master bedroom contains its own en-suite bathroom and an ample walk-in closet with shelving, hangers and extra blankets and pillows. The guest bedroom contains a wall-to-wall closet with hangers and extra blankets and pillows for your use. Outside the second bedroom you will find the second bathroom, which can be accessed from the hallway as well as from the Florida room. Both bathrooms have been updated and are inlaid with stone and decorative tile. Across from the master bathroom is the linen closet that houses extra towels, sheets and any small personal hygiene items you may need for your stay.

A private, fully equipped laundry room with a high efficiency washer and dryer is available to you day and night and is located inside the garage. There is plenty of parking for two to three cars on the driveway (please do not park in the street). Garage parking is allowed but no remote to the automatic garage is provided.

Great weather, fabulous lakes and multiple outdoor activities abound in beautiful Highlands County. Sebring enjoys over 250 sunny days a year with average temperatures of 90 degrees in the summer months and lows during the winter months averaging 50 degrees. Endless sunshine and lakes means many sport activities such as fishing, pontoon rides, water skiing, jet skiing and so much more. A must see is Highlands Hammock Park with its many nature trails and multitude of wildlife. The list of activities is endless!
