Smitty's Lake House - Recent renovation in the Goodyear Lake neighborhood, nearly half way between both of the areas largest youth baseball tournament parks and an easy drive to Main Street Cooperstown.

This incredibly well laid out home has everything you will need for a short stay in our area. A modern and stylish kitchen with new appliances and cool features will be sure to please every cook in the group. A gas grill and covered outdoor ding area is available for those who would like to enjoy some fresh country air. The open dining and living area is comfy and functional with beautifully framed local artwork, photographed by your host and hung with unique frames.

3 bedrooms are wonderfully fit into the space. To the rear of Smitty's, you'll find a primary bedroom with Queen bed and attached laundry room. Tucked away behind sliding barn doors are the other 2 bedrooms, just off the kitchen, a 2nd Queen bed and a set of bunkbeds round out the bedroom trio. Off the kitchen hallway is a large full bath with glass shower and a large vanity sink.

Outside is a large back yard perfect for outdoor activities and additional outdoor seating. Almost directly across the street to the left is the Goodyear Lake Association access point where your host invite you to carry over and launch the kayaks and canoe that is provided for your use. There are two other lake access points a short walk away that are better suited for sitting and enjoying the water.
