As you enter our spacious and tastefully decorated studio, you'll be greeted by a tranquil ambiance that invites you to unwind and recharge. The condo features a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For additional guests or family members, there's a comfortable king-size pull-out couch available as well.
The well-appointed kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Savor your culinary creations at the dining area, or enjoy a morning coffee on your private balcony, taking in the sights and sounds of Playa del Carmen.
Don't want to cook? No problem! Whether you're a meat lover or a vegan foodie, you'll be thrilled to discover that the area is a haven for culinary delights, with numerous options catering to all tastes and preferences. Playa del Carmen is a food lover's paradise, and vegans will be delighted to find an array of plant-based dining options. From trendy vegan cafes to gourmet restaurants with vegan-friendly menus, the area has something to satisfy every palate. Location is key, and our studio is perfectly situated just a short walk from the famous 5th Avenue and some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach day or an exciting night out, everything you need is just steps away. Please note: Paid street parking from 10am-10pm, from 10pm-10am street parking is free.
Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring your stay is exceptional, and we are available to assist you with any inquiries or requests you may have.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
★ RENTAL AGREEMENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT ★
Please note that in order to confirm your booking, we require a signed rental agreement and fully refundable security deposit of $250. This deposit will be placed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to your booking, and will be released within 7 days of your check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and it's left in the same condition as when you arrived.
