Schooner Point es un hermoso y tranquilo escape ubicado justo en la playa. La unidad tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños y tiene capacidad para 7 personas. Hay 1 cama king size, 1 cama queen size y 3 camas gemelas (un conjunto de literas con una cama nido). Se encuentra en el primer piso y cuenta con una decoración moderna, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos, gabinetes y accesorios más nuevos. La gran península de la cocina tiene capacidad para 8 personas o crea un maravilloso espacio de trabajo / artesanía. El complejo de apartamentos está muy bien mantenido y se encuentra en la playa para no conducir, en el extremo sur de New Smyrna Beach. Estacionar y acceder a este condominio no podría ser más fácil. Wifi y cable están incluidos en la tarifa y hay una lavadora y secadora dentro del condominio. Hay tres televisores (dos con cable, en la sala de estar y principal) y dos reproductores de DVD. El patio cuenta con una mesa con asientos para seis y dos mecedoras. Hay una piscina comunitaria (climatizada) y parrillas comunitarias. No se permite fumar ni mascotas.

NSB Getaway

This property is very well managed and a great place for a family based vacation. The unit is stocked with everything a person could need, ideal for a renter that is flying in and therefore limited on what they can bring for the trip.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo is absolutely lovely. Modern, clean and well equipped for fun at the pool and beach time. We loved the location; close to Flagler Ave, right on the beach and kids loved the pool. Kids went back and forth all day. We would definitely stay again!!

Perfect location for a quiet vacation

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! Loved the location. Quiet spot close to many amazing restaurants and all the stores you need. The property manager was always super quick to respond during our booking process and during our stay which was greatly appreciated. The unit was equipped with all the things needed to enjoy a beach vacation.

Wonderful stay

We were down with family for a wedding and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The condo was clean and beautiful, and just as described. We were delighted to find it fully stocked with everything needed for an extended stay, right down to the beach toys. The host was super easy to work with and quick to respond. Absolutely wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough good things about renting this unit. The room was extremely clean, and very beautifully decorated. The mattresses in all of the rooms were so comfortable! Our family had lots of space to spread out. The property was very family friendly, we loved how close the room is to the pool and the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

Highly recommended

My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids 10, 8 and 5 and we absolutely loved the condo. Ground floor is very convenient as the pool and beach access are a short walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating they had everything that we needed for the beach, including beach toys and boogie boards. I would highly recommend staying here while in New Smyrna area.

I can't say enough about our stay! The condo is just beautiful in every way - the decor, the cleanliness, the location. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, the sheets are nice and soft, the towels are of high quality. The beds are very comfortable. Kerry is great to communicate with - she responds very quickly if you reach out to her! The condo is just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Thank You! We will definitely stay here again if we're in New Smyrna Beach!

Fantastic stay!

Our family has stayed in new Smyrna beach for over 30 years. This was our first time back in 10 years. Schooner Point has many precious memories of our family and friends. The condo did not disappoint. The host was gracious with check in and check out times. We did not lack for one thing in the fully stocked condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!.

This is the 3rd different condo we have rented at Schooner Point. All were nice, but this was definitely the best. Beautifully updated with modern finishes and a fabulous kitchen. It was well equipped with almost everything we needed for a great Thanksgiving weekend (bring your own turkey)!

I would stay again! (But don't tell too many people)

The home is well laid out with a modern and fun décor. The beds are very comfortable (memory foam pads). Its the 1st time I have not missed my own bed. The home is turnkey with lots of unexpected extras. The owner was very accommodating. Kerry let me shift my stay by a day with an early check-in and did not charge extra. We had the beach and pool to ourselves most of the time. My daughter was working from home and found the internet to be up to speed! This unit is a gem!!!!

Awesome Host!

Kerry was amazing. She is very quick to reply to concerns. The unit to stocked with almost everything you will need for the beach. I came prepared but if you aren’t she has you covered. We will rent Ruth unit again. The only downside is Brno had it listed as oceanfront. While it faces the ocean, you can’t see the ocean. I’m glad I rented it anyway.

Beautiful, clean and well stocked!

When reviews say well stocked it’s true. A beach umbrella, boogie boards, toys, pack n play, high chair, games, DVDs even little things like tape and paper and crayons made our stay so much easier with young children! We loved the easy walk to the beach and pool and quietness of the complex too. Thanks again!

Everything you could want and need

NSB was been a vacation spot for us for 3 years now. The area is great with a beautiful beach. This condo is amazing! The pictures are accurate and it has everything. We were beyond amazed at how well stocked it was. The owner communicated with us before and during the trip. If this is your first time planning a vacation to NSB you will come back!

Schooner Point is a small condo community where you'll find the beach and pool never get overcrowded as they do in high rise complexes. From young families to retirees, everyone loves this destination.

Unlike many New Smyrna Beach condo complexes with limited parking or the need to trek long distances from the parking lot to your front door, our first floor unit at Schooner Point offers extremely easy access, with parking right outside your door. For guests with limited mobility or who simply want convenience for unloading luggage or groceries, you will love this unit. And, the first floor location also makes beach/pool access extremely easy.
