The end unit on the 21st floor offers extensive views of the water, sand bars, and the different hues of the turquoise waters of the Gulf. If you want to see dolphins and rays, you will want to stay with us. The beautiful display of playfulness from the marine life is perfectly captured from our extra large balcony which is accessible both through the living area and the master suite. We have the absolute BEST views on the beach! Our Balcony is one of the few that is open on two sides allowing for unobstructed views of the Gulf and those amazing Panama City Beach Sunsets. You also do not have any neighbors on one side. The condo has 1150 sq ft of living space, making it one of the largest 2 bedroom 2 bath units on the beach. The balcony is huge! 300 sq ft of outdoor space and almost twice the size of most other balconies. ​ Ocean Villa is located in the center of Panama City Beach - making it close to everything and by far the best location on the beach.  What a beautiful resort to make memories with your family!!!

So many rules !! Condo was dirty. Not well stocked. Couldn’t even fry an egg with the supplies in kitchen So disappointed in this unit. We always stay at ocean villa but round never choose this one again. Furniture was dirty. Duck tape in transition from tile to living room floor and cracked tile. Trash under bed

Economical, good location

There was a snafu with the cleaning crew, so the unit was not cleaned from prior rental when we arrived. Had to wait till 11:00 to get clean sheets. Understand there was an issue but a phone call, text back to say they were working on it would have been nice. I had to text, email and call twice to find this out. Overall, the unit has what is needed, just needs a thorough detailed cleaning. After the cleaning crew left there was till hair all over the wall in the bathtub. Location is great, pools were nice so overall a nice stay. I would stay here again as the price offset the cleaning issues we had.

Family vacation

Great view of the ocean/beach.on the 21st floor so you can see it all! Access to the pool, hot tub, and beach front. Beach toys were in the unit which was great for the kids.

The Best Stay at the Beach

We arrived a little after 6 and everything was easy to find, the view was absolutely amazing, and this was the cleanest condo I have ever been in!! The owners were easy to get in touch with and responsive! I would recommend them to anyone who wanted to stay at the beach.

Not a4 1/2 star

The location is great but the room wasn’t. The room had hole’s in the walls, looked like it hadn’t been painted since it was built. The beds where harder than the floor, t.v’s didn’t work or the cable boxes didn’t was able to watch on one tv in the guest bedroom had two different remotes for each tv with no backs to hold the batteries in had tape trying to hold the batteries. Worn out area rug in the living room all four corners was raveling out. The whole unit needs to be updated. The pictures must have been taken before anyone ever stayed in it the first time.

Stunning views

The condo was wonderful,the balcony was to die for! The only thing I can say that needs updating is the furniture and rug in the living room! I’m glad that we took a air mattress so we didn’t have to use it!

Wonderful view

We love staying at ocean villa. Overall the place was clean. I just didn’t like all the black dirt around the bathtub in the bathroom where the king bed is. Sand was everywhere including on the countertops but that was an easy clean up. It would have been nice to have a broom so we could sweep but there wasn’t one available. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!

Short vacation

The property is older. The pictures on the VRBO showed nice and clean and the property was quite dirty. The carpet was stained and tore on all sides in the leaving room. The furniture looked so dirty you did not want to sit on it and certainly not sleep on it.. No extra pillow's or linens at all. The base bords were very nasty. Most of the corners looked like they had been cleaned in months. One of the tables was propped up with magazines. The property however was very close to the beach and shopping. If the owner would invest in painting and clean up some it would be very cute. The King Bed was very not very comfortable. The management company was very kind and easy to work with. The parking was great. I would not rent this particular unit again for the price we paid..

Excellent Service

We had a great stay at 2101 OceanView. The photos were exactly as what was in person. Excellent view, easy access in and out of building, pool and beach. Was confused by the tv instructions, but all worked out well. We didn’t need tv anyway. The attentiveness and thorough communication provided by Amber was excellent. Anything we needed, she provided answers or brought to us.

Only thing was the bath tub was slippery . Would like to see a safety rail an stuff in the tub to make it non slip . But everything was good

Great Experience!

The property was as described, and the view was top notch! Convenient location for its proximity to a few restaurants and grocery stores, but a little far from big tourist areas like Pier Park. Shower liners could’ve been cleaner, but overall we felt the environment was well maintained and cleaned. There is nowhere to store luggage before check-in or after check-out, so plan accordingly with flight times; we had to go to the airport 5 hours early because we didn’t want to pull our luggage around town while waiting for our flight. Communication with the K Tori team was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again!
