Marylee was very nice and checked in with us. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We had cookies waiting on us! It was a very relaxing week for my sister and me. We would definitely stay here again. We take a trip together every Labor Day and this has been the best so far!

Family trip

Marylee is very kind and communication was great. The details she provided made check-in a breeze and she checked in with us during the week. The fresh baked cookies were a nice personal touch. The mattress in the master bedroom should be replaced; the innerspring coils are toast. It’s really lopsided and not comfortable to sleep on. The condo had most everything you need with the exception of additional rolls of toilet paper (I’d like to see more than 1 per bathroom). Everything was clean with the exception of the floors -no visible dirt, but they turn your feet black. Nice washer/dryer unit! All in all, a good time was had by all.

Great place for a vacation

Awesome balcony , great views, place needs a little tlc but overall we have no major complaints. Great location , good pool and beach access. We would stay here again .

The Best!

Mrs. Marylee is amazing! From the fresh baked cookies to her just texting to check on us to the cleanliness of her condo. It was all perfect! I have 0 complaints and will definitely book again. I loved the area and the Ocean Villa experience. Thank you Mrs. Marylee for a great vacation!

Great Condo

We had a nice, week long stay. The condo had everything we needed. Beautiful views of the beach and great location for everything we wanted to do. Excellent communication from the owner.

A Fantastic Week

Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay! Owner kept in contact throughout the process and cookies were a nice treat!!! Having access to cleaning supplies and all the extra things most managers/owners don’t allow was a plus. Only negative they were working on elevators and one shut down all week but no fault on the owner.

Beautiful condo!

We were welcomed with fresh baked cookies on the table. The condo was beautiful, very spacious and Marilee made sure we had everything we needed. She is great!! It was a wonderful week.

Loved the condo

The room was so clean and a great place to stay. The owner is so nice as well. Very responsive. We definitely will stay again. Oceanvilla is our favorite!

22nd floor was fantastic

The condo was clean and very well equipped. Marylee the host thought of everything. The Beach service was outstanding as a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed that. Having two lounge chairs +2 sitting chairs plus a teak table and chairs on the balcony was beautiful. Everything works, there was no problem with anything. I would rent this again as I was very satisfied. It was appreciated to have a vacuum and cleaning supplies. The king beds were great. One of the best things was the hooks over the doors where you could hang towels, bathing suits etc. thanks for a wonderful 4 weeks.

Lovely Beachfront

Marylee was very responsive to our minor glitches upon arrival. The condo was lovely and well stocked. Cookies were great. Balcony is fabulous. Outside pool was great. The beach was nice but sad the beach service ended 10/31. The bike race made getting to the airport a challenge but we made it. First time in PCB was lovely for mom’s 80th.

Wonderful stay

The condo was very clean and kitchen very well stocked with everything that I needed. Bed was very comfortable. Nice size balcony. We would definitely stay again.

Great location!

Marylee was wonderful host and the condo was just as the pictures shown. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The beds and couches felt like home. The air temp was just perfect and the balcony was very large and relaxing. There were plenty of dishes, cups, etc and was well stocked with cooking necessities. Marylee was a pleasure to work with, had a beautiful home, and the location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and was beach front. There are a few things currently not working: sliders in master BR to balcony seem stuck in locked position, dryer knob not functioning, and balcony light (maint. is said to have part just didn't install yet). Cleaning service should ensure all tasks are completed prior to new checkins as there was food on floor/rugs and sand/hair that needed to be swept when we arrived. Overall it was a great stay!

Our stay at Marylees condo was the best. We booked this condo for 9 days. Check in and check out was hassle free. Marylee was very responsive to all of our questions and anything we needed. The condo is just as pictured if not nicer, very spacious condo. My wife and I and our 2 boys (ages 10-11) had more than enough room. When we got there, we had delicious homemade cookies waiting on us (its the little things that count). The condo was well stocked with anything we needed in all areas. The kitchen had anything and everything we needed to cook. The balcony is huge, and we enjoyed our breakfast and supper on it many of mornings and evenings. The view is amazing. My wife was hesitant about staying on the 22nd floor, but ended up being so glad we did after being there. The elevators were super fast. The parking at Ocean Villa condos was hassle free and we didn’t have to spend all day looking for parking. There are so many wonderful things we can say about this condo, but one of the best is that the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in on vacation from mattress, to pillows, to comforters. This condo is well taken care of and CLEAN! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely stay here again. It is close and convenient to everything Walmart, Pineapple Willys, and all.

My family and I always enjoy our times at the beach. We have lots of birthdays to celebrate and the beach makes it even more special.
I love to ride My golf cart to Pier Park for the free concerts every Thursday during the summer and all the events that are part of the Beach experience.

to all the restaurants, shopping and the "Best" Water Park in Florida

The parking garage is across the street from the condo with a
cross over bridge to the condos on the beach.
This makes very easy access to the rest of the beach.
Also close to the Post Office.
