Host is amazing, very responsive! Property is lovely, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and very safe! Close to Walmart, food stores, restaurants and more. 15 min ride into downtown Charleston! We loved staying here, it was perfect for our needs and cannot wait to book it again for our next trip to the low country.

Perfect spot to come relax at the end of the day after sightseeing in Charleston all day for a long weekend trip! The host was absolutely wonderful, we were able to check in early based on our flight time and she took care of everything for check out. Walmart is super close and made for a quick delivery for snacks and essentials we forgot to pack. It was so clean and thoughtfully furnished. Loved it!

Absolutely incredible!

If this condo were a hotel it would be beyond 5 stars ! Every attention to detail was done beyond excellent. Elena was so communicative, helpful and super friendly. Made great recommendations on things to do and places to go. The property was gorgeous - so comfy, decor is beautiful. Scenic sitting on little lake. Little touches like snacks, all kitchen accessories for every need,night lights in all the right places, bathroom amenities for anything you might need- literally every thing was thought of ! It’s super close to everything in Charleston too - the most perfect rental.

Great place

The house was clean and just as pictured. The hostess answered any questions I had. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. It was a very short drive to the beach maybe ten minutes. Plenty of other great restaurants, coffee shops and stores super close. A great place to get away and relax without staying in the middle of the hustle and bustle

Wonderful Location!

Property as described in listing. Communication with host is wonderful. Very easy check-in and check-out. Everything was very clean and comfortable. This is not first trip to the area. Location is close to the airport, King Street, Folly Beach and Isle of Palms. Walmart literally one minute away from rental. I enjoyed seeing two alligators in the water behind the property. Very safe, but I don’t recommend small children or pets near the edge of the water. Backyard fenced in. Neighborhood quiet. I would stay here again. Thank you!

A beautiful and clean stay close to downtown and Folly Beach. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need! We appreciated the snacks and toiletries that were provided.Elena was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Rarely is any stay excellent, but this one was! Host was very responsive, easy check in and out process. Home was super clean, comfortable, decorated, stocked and in a quiet lovely neighborhood. My two daughters and I look forward to returning!

Excellent for a retreat near the beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The setup was welcoming, everything was very clean and neat, and there is plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the beach is just a ten minute drive away. 10/10!

Location, location location-and a a wonderful host!

The location is perfect for Folly Beach, Sullivan's Island and Charleston. The house was immaculate! Well stocked. Was easy in easy out! Great communications with our host! Neighborhood is nice. Well kept, parking is for 2 cars, with street parking availability. I would highly recommend this property!

Our ladies trip was everything we wanted in our get away. Did not know we would be in James Island, however it turned out to be great. We were away from the noise of the city and good location to Catholic church for Lenten Services and grocery store. The condo was beautifully furnished and supplied with all our needs, great hostess, I have never been disapointed with VRBO
