The open dining and kitchen area is designed for both functionality and social gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. Oil and spices are also provided, making it easy to cook up your favorite dishes. The adjacent dining area features a spacious table that can comfortably seat up to 14 guests, making it perfect for large family meals or group gatherings. The open layout ensures that everyone can enjoy each other`s company while cooking and dining together.

We offer spacious accommodations with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing comfort and convenience for larger groups or families.
Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): This room features a King Bed and an adjoining full bathroom, complete with a large jetted tub for a relaxing soak.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 (Second Floor):
-Room 2 has two Queen Beds, offering ample sleeping space.
-Room 3 includes a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed.
-A full bathroom is also located on this floor. Additionally, there is a large loft that overlooks the living room, providing an open and airy feel.
Bedrooms 4 & 5 (Walk-out Basement):
-Room 4 is furnished with a Queen Bed and a Full Bed.
-Room 5 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed.
-These two rooms are adjoining, making it a convenient option for families, as you need to walk through Room 4 to access Room 5.
-A full bathroom is available on this floor as well.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the natural beauty of the surroundings. A spacious deck is equipped with a dining table and a propane grill, ideal for al fresco meals and gatherings. Guests have access to the complete property and Big Boulder Lake/beach/pool (summer season- Memorial Day to Labor Day and then weekends in September). Please note you will need to purchase passes to enjoy these amenities.

Given the rural location of the property, having a car is essential for getting around. While the area is tranquil and peaceful, local attractions and activities are not within walking distance. A car will enable you to easily reach nearby sites and fully experience everything the region has to offer.

Private skiing and snowboarding lessons are available for all skill levels. Booking in advance is highly recommended for most suitable time and options!
However, last minute bookings are very much welcome!

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted at this property so please make arrangements for your furry friends to stay at home. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, a non-refundable fine of $400 will be applied, and it may also lead to guest removal. We appreciate your understanding.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. If any evidence of smoking is detected, a fee of $200 per day will be charged.
Security: For your safety, an exterior security camera (a Ring camera at the front door) is in place. Please note that there are no cameras inside the home.
