Enjoy S'mores by the fire pit in this newly renovated home. If you are in town for a special event or relocating to Kansas, no hotel will be able to meet your needs like this home. We welcome pets and have plenty of room for large families.

We are located in North Kansas City, 10 minutes from Downtown and 15 minutes from the KC Airport.

This is a newly renovated home with a large living room with open concept. Perfect for family get togethers and sharing a meal. Spacious backyard to enjoy S'mores around the firepit and a space for any furry family members.

Fully stocked kitchen for meals and coffee already provided. Bathroom amenities like shampoo, condition, body soap in case you forgot them!

There is high-speed Fiber internet for work or entertainment. We have 1 King Bed, 2 Queens and a Twin with a trundle bed.

If there is anything else you need please feel free to reach out.

There is keyless entry with a code that will be provided on check-in.

Parking is available on the driveway

House Rules: Please no smoking and no parties are allowed. The neighbors are supportive of this home, please respect their quiet time from 10pm to 7am. If there are parties, we will ask you to leave.

Quiet hours will start at 9pm - please respect the neighbors.
Please do not have additional people in the house who are not on the reservation.
If an item runs out (i.e. soap) please do not throw it away.

We enjoyed staying at this property while in Kansas City! We were super busy and didn’t spend extensive time at the house, but it had everything we needed and plenty of space for our group! The host was quick to respond to us when we had questions or concerns, which I greatly appreciated! Definitely would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Just what we needed in KC

We needed a base of operations as we attended a wedding in KC area and Mia’s place worked out great for us. Convenient to many great places to visit and eat at. We had some dogs and they were accommodated. Also, I really appreciate a good communicator and Mia was terrific. There were five adults and the pups and we had plenty of room.

Very Comfortable Home

We had a great time staying here. The beds were all super comfortable. I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating however we took dogs and the back yard had lots of poison ivy in it so we were not able to let them run back there. The front yard had poison ivy in the flower bed area also. If the trees were trimmed in the back and front and poison ivy taken care of this would definitely be a 5 star property.

Property was very clean and exactly how it was presented. We had a brief power issue (area wide - not one with the property) and they got back to me within 2 minutes of my voice mail notifying them of the issue. They had researched the problem with the utility company and gave me the update (which the utility company fixed within 1 hour). They have been similarly responsive to all my questions before the visit.

Amazing stay!

I rented this cute place for my bestfriends bachelorette party and it was the perfect space we needed! The place is decorated so well and the hosts had a s’mores kit for the backyards fit pit which was great for a late night snack. Will definitely rent this place again if I come back to kc area.

Visit Missouri Star Quilt Company

On a 16 day Triple Crown quilt trip for wife’s birthday. First, Paducah, KY, here for Mo Star Quilt Co, then to Lincoln, NE for International Quilt Museum.While in KC area also visited Truman Museum and had dinner at Jess and Jim’s Steakhouse.

Great Little Place But the Location is Not Ideal

Much effort was given to make the rental comfortable for us as guests. The kitchen was well stocked with a great attention to details. The host even included a s’more kit to use with the outdoor fire pit. It looked as if there had been a recent renovation and updated decor which showed great care by the host. The host was extremely nice and accommodating as we asked for a late checkout and very kind and generous with our request. The only negative was the extremely rundown neighborhood. The rental was a little oasis amid a lot of trash in neighboring yards. Chest of drawers and old cars left in front yards were eye sores and common place. The rental had great reviews when we researched the place, no one mentioned the rundown neighborhood. Location does matter.

Clean, Safe & Plenty of Space

Our VRBO rental was the ONLY thing that went according to plan on our trip from New England to Kansas City. We found the house to be exactly as the descriptions and photos. Our host Mia was quick to respond as I informed her of multiple flight delays and cancellations due to crazy thunderstorms in the Midwest. When the house lost power, Mia was quick to let us know that the electric company was taking care of it, and followed up to make sure the electricity was back on. The house is located near the highway and stores/restaurants. If our sons choose to attend a nearby college, I can see us renting this house again in the future. It was clean, safe, and plenty of space for our family of 8.

Fenced in Yard!

I stayed here with my husband, in-laws, and our dog and had plenty of space to enjoy our weekend! We cooked a couple of meals and were close enough to our favorite casino for a night out. The hosts were very communicative and reached out prior to us arriving to let us know how to reach them in an emergency. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the space and the yard being fenced in for our dog was awesome!

Good for family

We enjoyed the house and location. There was plenty of room for us, it was laid out well for socializing. Loved the back yard for the dog. The neighborhood was close enough to the City for us to go do things and come back without too much travel time. We would all stay here again!

House with all you need

The house is perfect for a family. The bedrooms are a comfortable size, house is only about 15 minutes from downtown and quick to get on the highway. Beds are firm but ok for us. Nice backyard as well.

Property was clean and it was exactly what we were looking for. Only issue was the heat was not working. Manager had a service company come the next morning. It took most of the morning and afternoon to get it fixed.

Girls weekend getaway bachelorette

It was a nice home inside and out. However there was mold through out the kitchen area inside a drawer and on the rags and pot holders. The master bedroom reeked of mildew along with kitchen plant. The 2nd full bath shower curtain had multiple issues falling down. Rushing out the house and realized I left my Versace belt on the bed I master bedroom. I tried reaching out to the Owner and was told the cleaning crew did not find anything. When I know for a fact I left it on the bed. So don’t ever forget anything and expect to get it back. Once it’s gone it’s gone!

Nice Stay

Proximity to things to do in Kansas City was great. The neighborhood itself is older but quiet and we had no trouble. House was clean and newly renovated. Check in was very easy.

Stay was amazing, house was clean and comfortable. Very close to union station, Lego land, and sea life. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Highly recommend this house.
