Enjoy the use of 4 daily corporate passes to Hoodoo Ski Area each day of your stay during Hoodoo's 2025-2026 season. Check in and check out days included! Passes can also be used for the Autobahn and or Nordic Trails, as well as Night Skiing.

This light filled French Country style privately managed home is in a sought after location on 15th fairway of Big Meadow Golf Course. Beautiful Paulina Springs, Paulina Pool and tennis courts are a short walk or quick bike ride from the house.

Our home boasts vaulted ceilings, a loft with game table and numerous board games, wood burning fireplace, 4 couches, smart tvs and reliable wifi providing a comfortable environment for the whole family to relax in.

Dining table seating for 8, breakfast bar seating for 2. The kitchen is well stocked with ample spices, baking basics, cooking equipment and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Outside the hot tub, expansive deck with table providing dining for 8, balcony, grill and fire pit ensure you will enjoy this home from the outside as much as in.

THINGS TO KNOW

Signed booking contract and photo upload of Government issued ID required to complete booking. Both are required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

Security camera details: There is an operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Ring doorbell which records visually only. This camera is facing the driveway and is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. This camera has been installed for homeowner and guest security as well as to ensure guest occupancy limits and the no pet policy. Although the camera is not actively monitored, notification of disabling the internet or interfering with security camera is cause for immediate cancellation with forfeiture of funds.

Hoodoo corporate passes are valid for guests only over the dates of their stay. Please note Hoodoo is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except for certain holiday periods. Passes do not include rental equipment or one time RFID card set up.

***NEW for 2025/2026 season - Hoodoo has implemented a new lift ticket system requiring guests to create an online profile and pay a one time $5 RFID card fee. This fee is paid by each guest directly to Hoodoo's front office when picking up complimentary corporate passes (unless the guest already possesses a reloadable RFID card).

As of 1/1/2026 Black Butte Ranch changed its daily resort fee collection policy. Previously guests paid a daily resort fee directly to BBR upon checking in at the Welcome Center. The new policy now requires owners to collect this 13.5% per booking fee when accepting a booking rental, then remitting it to BBR. This fee is included in the Host Fee section of your booking confirmation.

Bathtub in master is a soaking tub only (not jetted).

This home was perfect for our family. Open spaces, crackling fireplace, hot tub on the porch and the kitchen has plenty of room to cook together after a day playing in the outdoors. It felt like home to us and we look forward to coming back again soon. Black Butte Ranch is our favorite!

This was our families first visit to Black Butte Ranch. The home is conveniently located in the ranch and has great amenities. The home has an additional loft living room perfect for the kids or family time hanging out watching movies or playing games. The rooms are set up ideal for our family stay and the owners have put a lot of details into making this a special space. The hoodoo corporate passes are a bonus, our family enjoyed day and night skiing most days of our stay. The winter months the indoor pool is open until 8pm, and was perfect for a swim and fun with the water slide. I would highly recommend this home for future family adventures; we are already looking at our summer schedule to book again!

We loved this house!!
The house is well stocked. Plenty of everything, including spices and baked goods that normally requires making a trip to the store.
The hot tub was a great way to end a day spent on the slopes.
Leaning Ponderosa is tastefully decorated, cozy and we highly recommend staying in this house.

We had a relaxing stay while the ranch became a winter wonderland. The home is well decorated giving us welcoming vibes. The kitchen is well equipped with the most supplies I’ve ever seen at any of the vacation rental properties I have stayed. The bed were comfortable. The hot tub was so relaxing especially while it snowed. We appreciated the crews of the ranch plowing the driveway. We would love to come back! Thank you!

The house is set up for making memories. Wide open living room and the fireplace crackling some of my favorite moments this winter were spent here. Kids love the upstairs separate loft room and the kitchen has all the fun cooking tools. The setting on the porch with the hot tub makes this house top notch.

Amazing location - short bike ride to the great Black Butte amenities! Well-furnished home with a large deck for entertaining, play and relaxation. The spacious master suite is delightful and the upstairs lounge is perfect for teens and younger kids. We loved this home and its comfy furnishings. Lots of space for storage and food prep and room for many cooks in the kitchen. This house was perfect for our 80th birthday celebration and a week of building memories.
