Impecculately clean, the home blends modern appliances with genuine warmth. John, the owner, is welcoming and friendly. Centrally located near Costco, Target, and more, it’s as convenient as it is comfortable. The backyard, complete with a barbecue, offers a peaceful retreat, filled with singing bird’s, trees and calm.

Perfect Stay!

The house fit our needs perfectly! We were able to utilize the house as a home base for our travels in southern AZ. John and Nanette were very responsible, house was great, easy to get around Tucson, but not have to be in the congested traffic. It was great, luckily we were able to see the rain come in over the mountains, just stunning. Would stay here again!

Great Location

Home is in a great location and we were close to everything we wanted to do during our visit. Our hosts were very friendly and available for all our needs. This home is immaculate and very comfortable. The back patio is a Great space to chill and just hang out. I would highly recommend this home when visiting Tucson. nice place to relax and

Super Owner and Very Nice House

Very nice house that has been upgraded and is furnished and stocked for optimal use and enjoyment; lots of little things that make it special. Good neighborhood and the Owners are super nice and accommodating. Third time we've stayed there!

Wedding Weekend

From the start our host John was engaged and very responsive. The house was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. Great central Tucson location. Sufficient parking and very clean and modern decor and appliances. Very quiet and comfortable.

Great Stay

We stayed here for graduation weekend as our daughter graduated from U of A. I was worried as I saw other families had their vacation rental hosts cancel on them last minute, but not John he was kind and responsive and even made sure the house was ready 2 hours early to accommodate our arrival. Great host, property, and location. The house is newly renovated and well taken care of. We’ve stayed in a decent amount of VRBO’s and this was one of the best.

Family trip to Tucson

We had an excellent time. The house is exceptionally clean! It is newly renovated and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the snack basket and games. The beds were comfortable. Overall It's a great property. It was perfect for our long weekend.

A week in Tucson

I work for a construction company in Tempe Arizona, and we needed to send 3 of our guys to Tucson for a week. Normally we would rent 3 cheap hotel rooms for a week, this worked out much better! This was my 1st time using VRBO, and it was awesome! The host was very informative and accommodating - and helped to make the process run super smooth. The guys were so happy with the house. We will use VRBO and this host again for future reservations.
