Welcome to The Honeycomb House! Escape to our luxurious 5-bedroom lakefront retreat perched on the shores of Grand Lake. Enjoy stunning sunset views over the water from the brand new hot tub or the comfort of your plush bed. Spend lazy afternoons on the dock or grill a sizzling steak at the outdoor kitchen. As evening falls, gather around the crackling fire pit and listen to the waves crash below. With the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, Honeycomb promises an unforgettable getaway.

As you arrive to The Honeycomb House you'll come down the driveway and occupy one of the parking spaces (approx 5 total). You'll enter the home through the glass door just past the garage. This entry might not wow you but don't worry, the views are coming! Use this entry as a great drop zone for shoes, coats, bags, etc. Turn the corner and walk all the way down the hallway (passing the bedrooms) so you can soak in the views that you came for! The views from the open concept living/kitchen/dining are breathtaking and you won't want to move. Go ahead and and pick your room and get unpacked so you can get back to enjoying the lake and all our home has to offer.

Upstairs we have the master bedroom with a king size plush bed and en-suite full bathroom including dual sinks, walk-in tile shower and large soaking tub! The views from the master bedroom are equally as amazing as the living area. Across the hall is another large bedroom with a king size bed and private en-suite full bathroom. In this bedroom's closet you'll find the high chair and pack-n-play if you need them for the little ones. For convenient sake we also have a half-bath in the hallway. As you get back to the kitchen, you'll find it fully stocked with all you would need to cook a wonderful meal for the whole group! The dining area seats 8 but you'll find 4 barstools at the kitchen island and outdoor dining for 7 if you need additional seating. Venturing into the living room, you'll find a large 65" smart TV that's setup for streaming from your own accounts anything you'd like. Also enjoy the gas fireplace on those cool evenings or winter getaways. The sectional sofa and lazy boy chair offer plenty of cozy seating.

Downstairs you'll be greeted by another large living area with sectional sofa and large HD TV with a firestick to allow for streaming from your own accounts. We also have a full size pool table, foosball table, basketball shootout and pac man arcade gaming and a shuffleboard table. This entire area is filled with natural light from the large windows looking out to the gorgeous lake views. You'll also find a kitchenette area downstairs with it's own coffee station, wine cooler and ice machine. There are three more bedrooms downstairs as well which all share a full size bathroom. Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have a cozy queen size bed, dresser and closet with direct access to the shared full bath. Lastly, you can't forget the kids bunk room with 2 sets of built in bunk beds, each with a twin size plush mattress! We also have a large TV with a firestick to allow for streaming from your own accounts so the kids can pile in and watch their favorite shows after a fun filled day on the water.

Saving the best for last, we venture outside! Two decks run the length of the back of the home and overlook the view of Grand Lake that you came for. The upper deck has an iron table and chairs as well as propane fire pit and lounge chairs. The lower deck has the HOT TUB, corn hole boards, large jenga and rocking chairs. If you venture to the side patio, just off the kitchen/dining area, you'll find that additional outdoor dining mentioned before. You'll also enjoy the outdoor kitchen area equipped with a gas grill, cook top, sink and plenty of counter space.

Three more areas yet to cover so if you're not committed yet, hang with us! If you gravitate towards the water we have a deck hanging over the shores of Grand Lake putting you about as close as you can get. This is our favorite spot to enjoy lunch where you feel right on top of the water! Beside the deck is a built-in brick firepit with firewood provided so burn away! This is the perfect spot to relax in an Adirondack chair after the sun's gone down. We also have horseshoe pits setup on this lower area of the yard for you to enjoy. And last but certainly not least, is the boat dock! We have a clear concrete path that take you down to the dock where you can enjoy the sun loungers, swim your heart out, fish for the big one or pickup and drop off from the boat. We ask that guest do not park overnight and respect our personal boat and jet ski by leaving them alone.

Guest have full access to the home and property EXCEPT the two car garage, a few locked owners/cleaners closets, and the boat and jet ski. Please enjoy the outdoor kitchen and seating area, back yard space, fire pit, boat dock (for swimming, fishing & pickup/dropoff)

Property is lake front and secluded in the trees so this means there are spiders, snakes, and other critters around the property. You will see deer and a fox from time to time. We have added railing in several outdoor areas where we feel is necessary, but please still use caution as there are several areas with steep stairs or hillsides.

We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our lake home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!
