While our cottage isn’t directly on the river, you’ll enjoy partial river views and easy access to multiple riverfront spots, all within walking distance. Plus, we’re just steps from the popular Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, which is open seasonally and hosts special events throughout the year.

What a thoughtful appointed getaway! Close to pine barren hikes and lakeside dining options. We arrived to find s'mores ingredients, breakfast items, lots of coffee and tea selections, microwave popcorn, lots of bottled water, etc. etc. Small but really well designed space. Very comfortable and pleasant.

Comfortable, lovely cabin on the river

My family and I enjoyed our stay here at this cozy house which was clean and extremely well stocked with linens, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. Next time we're in town we won't hesitant to book again!

Sweet Cottage in Sweetwater

Beautiful vintage cottage on the Mullica River. Awesome decor and accommodations, also. Wonderful hosts; highly recommend.

Wonderful home

This house is very cozy, and tastefully decorated. Everything was really clean.The snacks and drinks were a nice bonus.All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Great stay!

We enjoyed returning here for a second summer stay! It is truly an extremely easy check in and check out process. The cottage was clean and included many unexpected goodies for guests, already made beds, and plenty of toiletries. Thank you and we look forward to staying again next year!

Amazing Stay!

The property was Very clean, well kept, Nicely decorated, and very well stocked with all the essentials to make full use of the kitchen. The extra amenities Were a fantastic extra as well! We definitely felt like our comfort was made top priority during our stay.

Wonderful Little Cottage!

My partner and our dog had such an amazing trip and the cottage was wonderful! Cherene is a fantastic host and very thoughtful provide all necessities and bonus treats. And the area is beautiful! We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Very quaint cottage in a quiet neighborhood with a great restaurant nearby. Clean. Host was very easy to deal with and provided good, timely information. Whole family greatly enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay at property again.

We enjoyed this cottage for our stay. It is nicely updated and provided all we needed during our stay. They even left us all the necessary items to make s’mores at the fire pit.

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Sweetwater Mullica River Cottage. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and clean. Charene was incredibly responsive and provided lots of Information prior to check in. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that was unclear when we booked was you have to walk through the one bedroom to get to the other, and there’s no door between the two.

Beautiful, clean common room spaces, including the she-shed out back. The whole house was very well prepared for guests to arrive. Cherene was extremely kind, helpful, and willing to answer any questions we had. No complaints of our stay whatsoever. If we’re in the area, we will definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic!

The cottage was clean, beautiful and had anything you could possibly need. I was grateful the host responded quickly as the reservation was last minute due to a funeral in a nearby town and she was so helpful! We really appreciated her kindness and understanding when we arrived so late due to flight delays. We'd love to stay here again, especially when it's warm and we can enjoy the river!

Charming Cottage

This cottage was so charming, we loved our stay. Everything was beautiful inside and clean! It had enough space for all 5 of us, plus our dog. Cherene provided detailed instructions regarding checking in/out and all the amenities available. She was very responsive to all my messages. There was also a detailed binder with all the information needed and more. As well as local eateries and things to do listed. Cottage was stocked with toiletries, extra linens and blankets and yummy snacks. Loved the Lanai to just sit and enjoy nature and not have to worry about the dog running out! Added perk, the Sweetwater Marina and Riverdeck is just down the road, and the food was good! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Great cottage in the pines not far from A.C.

I stayed here because my wife and i were going to attend an event in A.C.. We wanted to bring our dog and my mother-in-law. This place was perfect for us. The yard was fenced in so that the dog could run free in the spacious yard. Beds were very comfortable. The house is walking distance from a decent bar and grill where we ate before attending the event. Loved the shower and the owner left us plenty of products to use along with clean towels. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very helpful in answering all our questions about the local area. My wife and I are coffee and tea drinkers and the owner fully stocked the Keurig. Really loved the stay wish we had more time. The house is about a half hour drive from A.C. so you can enjoy the time there but then go back to your perfect little cottage in the pines and get away from the chaos and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Misleading advertisement regarding actual space

It ended up being 6 of us attending a family event nearby. This property advertisement describes enough space for 7. With two bedrooms. There is actually only one small bedroom. They other space is a bed cramped in what is clearly a walk in closet . There is not a door between both sleeping spaces. Making privacy for the couples non existent. The air conditioning in the common area is good but does not reach the bedroom making the small closet space unbearable. One of the couples opted to go to a family’s home because even with the fan the air just does not circulate in that small cramped area. There were only 4 bath towels. Not being petty but if towels are part of the package I expect enough for all guest. We were looking forward to eating as a family in The outside shed beautifully decorated . We put the air on upon arrival on Friday. As of Sunday morning this shed was 90 degrees. The air conditioner in that shed is not powerful enough for summertime heat. All in all I feel defrauded. the bedrooms the bedrooms so one
