Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property and yard, except for the basement. Please note that the property land in the other side of the front street is not our property, We kindly request that you maintain a respectful distance from our neighbour's property and refrain from getting too close.

Only one Ring bell cameras is located at the Colum in the porch to the street to keep the property safe, no any other camera to entrance, inside the house or the yard. Guests will have 100% privacy.
⬤ Noise
QUIET HOURS: 9 PM - 7 AM (strictly enforced)
We cherish this peaceful neighbourhood and hold our lovely neighbors in high regard. We kindly request that quiet hours be observed. thanks for keeping the noise level to a minimum after 9 PM.
⬤ Authorized Guests
Sweetwater Garden has a limit of 8 guests (adult and children combined) during any time of the stay. Only authorized guests are allowed on the premises/property. No unauthorized guests/visitors are allowed on the property at any time.

Absolutely no parties allowed!
⬤ No Smoking
Smoking or vaping (including but not limited to cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes) is not permitted in the house , excluding the outside far away from the fire woods.
⬤ Pets
To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, including those with allergies, we regret that we cannot accommodate pets on our premises. Appreciate your understanding.
Violation will result in a $600 additional cleaning fee.
⬤ Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is firm in all circumstances. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance to protect their trips.

While we strive to provide a safe environment, please be aware that the waterfront features which may pose a risk. Additionally, the interior is not specifically child-proofed.

This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing,
kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks on site available for guest use.
The living room sits in front of a full 6’ picture glass window to enjoy the beautiful unobstructed river view (curtains included). This spectacular view is the best seat in the house; capturing unique and abundant wildlife that frequent the property and riverfront. Beaver, geese, hummingbirds, tons of other backyard birds, woodpeckers, mallards, hawks, eagles, herons, wild Turkey, turtles and more! Binoculars and bird book provided.

Uniquely designed kitchen features a propane gas range top, microwave, convection countertop toaster oven, toaster, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Sit out on the back deck overlooking the Mullica River while enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee or cold beverage. In the summer months, the fireflies light up the pines for an evening treat. In the cooler months, roast marshmallows over an open fire right on the river in the backyard recessed fire pit. We have Adirondack style chairs, tons of wood; large, kindling, starter material.

Bring your boat! There is space for parking only. No dock access here, but we are minutes from Crowley's Landing Boat launch and Sweetwater Marina and Riverdeck-both equipped with boat ramps.

The cottage has WiFi and a Smart TV enabled with Netflix. If you prefer to unplug, there are books, magazines, board games, and puzzles located throughout the cottage.

Guest Use of any/all amenities are at your own risk. This includes but is not limited to: kayaks/paddles, swimming in the river, fishing, tubing, fire pit, etc. This applies to all guests in your party.

Our property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, tubing and kayaking. There are kayaks, 1 canoe, several tubes on site available for guest use. Ask us for recommendations on river tubing trips down the Mullica River that will end your trip at our private beach! Tubes provided!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home directly overlooking the Mullica River, where you have 270degree views of water. 2 Bedrooms tastefully arranged with queen size beds includes 2 bathsKitchen boasts ample space for the gourmet and relax in the living room with a large sectional couch. Plenty of table space in kitchen and open dining room. Open floor plan provides spacious living area to spread out and an outside deck overlooking looking the river inlet. The other two locked bedroomsand the basement is not included in your booking.
