Find everything you need on the first floor, including the master bedroom with an amazing view to start your day.
This house is located in a perfect enclave in Cimarrón, a place of relaxation in contact with nature, ideal for family or business trips. In the patio you will have the opportunity to be in contact with nature like nowhere else, imagine having a cup of coffee and seeing the spectacle of ducks, geese, flamingos, turtles, and pelicans right in front of you. Wait for nightfall and enjoy a sunset that seems to be taken from a movie.
These and much more you can enjoy in this beautiful and exclusive house.

NO SMOKE ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE, IN THE HOUSE WE GOT 6 SMART SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE INSTALLED AND ANY SMOKE INSIDE WILL ACTIVATE THEM.
THE GRILLS IN THE PHOTOS CAN BE USED BUT WE DO NOT INCLUDE GAS AND NO CHARACOAL, IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THE BIG GREEN EGG IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW HOW TO USE IT SO YOU DON'T DAMAGE IT OTHERWISE ONLY USE THE GAS GRILL
INVITATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED ONLY PEOPLE STAYING IN THE HOUSE CAN BE INSIDE
PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND IT IS ASKED NOT TO MAKE NOISE AFTER 10PM TO RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBORS AND RULES OF THE HOA.
MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 30 YEARS
You will have access to the garage for 2 parking spots and you can park 2 more cars on the street infront of the house. Total 4 cars allowed.
It is important to understand that you are in contact with nature, we ask you not to feed the animals that are in the lake because they could react in search of more food and it would be uncomfortable and even dangerous.
It is important not to access the lake, we are not responsible for whoever tries to enter the lake since it is forbidden to enter it.
It is normal to see mosquitoes in the patio at night, they are light mosquitoes, you could also find small spiders or insects, we have constant pest control, but it is impossible to have this completely controlled since it is in front of a lake.
We ask that at night when you go out to the patio you do not leave the door open since insects would enter, we recommend that when you get out close the door immediately.
In the patio you will find a plastic boat, it is not allowed to be used, it is for the exclusive use of the owners, any damage to it will be charged in full.
Since there is no fence between house and house, we ask you not to invade the land of neighboring houses to avoid being reported for trespassing on private property.
In the lake you can fish as long as you have your license, we do not provide fishing equipment but you can bring your own.

- No parttys allowed
- Quiet hours 10pm-8am
- No glass on the patio
- Children's under 12 must have adult supervision all the time inside and on the outside areas of the house.
- We are not responsible of any accident on the lake as we clearly state that you should not access the lake.
- We also not responsable of any situation with any insect, your in the nature and any insect can bite, we suggest to bring any insect protector, we normally use normally off and work great.
