A twin bed is available for an additional charge of $20 per night. PLEASE BE SURE TO REQUEST THE TWIN BED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. If no request is made, the room will be prepared with the queen bed only.

For dog owners: we’re happy to welcome one well-behaved dog per stay. We charge $20 per dog per night. Dogs may not be left unattended in the bedroom or yard at any time. Please take your dog out to the street for all bathroom breaks (not in the yard). If you plan to bring more than one dog, please contact us before booking, as additional dogs may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests.

The property has two exterior security cameras: a Ring doorbell camera at the top of the stairs from the parking area and another camera at the rear patio. These cameras record outdoor areas only. No cameras are located inside the home.
