This is a great Gatlinburg cabin and a great location. Very quiet setting and some great views. The host was very friendly and communicated well. I would stay here again next time my family returns.

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room to spread out, relax, and take in the view of Gatlinburg from the back porch. We even rode the coaster to see the place from that view. Had a great time!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! Great Location. The beds were soooo comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. So relaxing! we so enjoyed everything from the hot tub, pool table and the large decks and scenery! Thank you for being a wonderful hosting and we look forward to another stay here!! The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas! Perfect location to everything in gatlinburg. Our family of 10 had plenty of space to move around. The communication was excellent!

Magical place to stay. Sits high among the trees overlooking the town. Beautiful rustic furnishings with plenty of space and privacy for our whole family. Enjoyed our visit immensely. It was a peaceful, relaxing vacation. We will be back.

The home is great. Location is alright. Easy to get to. The mountain rollercoaster speaker makes noise all day and night (until 10pm)

Tired old dark many minor repairs need to be accomplished. The entire property needs to be updated. There was nothing major, just lots of minor things. Will not be returning tl this property.

Holiday vacation

The cabin was just as described and decorated very pretty for Christmas. My family enjoyed our stay and the owner was very prompt to get batteries when there wasn’t any. My son who is three was happy to see bear. Great location and night time views.

Excellent Stay

This was our first family Christmas Vacation. We stayed a few nights at the Cabin. It had a tree and was decorated for Christmas. It was beautiful. Any type of requests or needs we had the Hosts were so easy to reach and responded quickly. They helped make our stay very enjoyable! Will definitely be back next year.

There must be a new property management or something because they used to have a lot of towels there and it was very clean the last time we went in March. This time there was cobwebs in about every bathroom you can tell the cleaners are just surface cleaning. Two towels reach bathroom. I feel bad that the owners probably have not come in a while because also the roof has gutter issues. The gutters are so bad and have weeds growing out of it when you walk in the door. One of the weeds is so big that it’s probably3 tall on a gutter. If anyone of property management or cleaning people cared they would’ve addressed it, but you can tell they have not. We love the location, of course and had a great time with the family. It’s just sad to see it go downhill so quickly. I’m not gonna send all the pictures I have, but I do recommend the owners going to check it out. Thank you

We do perform regular maintenance on the property as vacancy allows and will note to have our maintenance team inspect and address any gutter issues that may need attention. The home continues to be serviced by the same licensed pest control company it has always used. However, please keep in mind that this time of year is peak season for spider webs in the Smoky Mountains — they can reappear quickly despite our best efforts to remove them during cleanings. If you had needed additional towels during your stay, we would have been more than happy to send over more right away. We truly appreciate your input and are glad to hear your family enjoyed the location and time together.

We had a wonderful time and the house was completely what we needed. Definitely not walking distance to town like I thought but the house was just fine for 12 women
