Remodeled Private Waterfront Cottage, Pet Friendly, with dock in Osage Beach!

Enjoy a getaway at our private & completely renovated waterfront cottage on Lake of the Ozarks. Located at the 17 mile marker in Osage Beach, its just minutes from the best waterfront restaurants, shopping & golf Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

This modern cottage includes all new interior, with new walk in custom shower, new cabinets with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new furniture & king size bed.

In addition to our 600 sq ft one bedroom cottage, there is a small quaint screened in porch overlooking the lake to enjoy your morning coffee. (Keurig & Coffee Pods included).

Plan to dine, or simply relax with drinks while taking in the waterfront lake view from our 12 x 24 sq ft deck with overhead Tiki lights.

The living room includes a high end comfortable sleeper sofa, two 55 inch flat screen smart TV's in both the living room and bedroom. (No cable TV but we have Netflix along with high speed Wi-Fi so you can enjoy your own RoKu, Amazon or similar internet TV programs & movies).

This cottage is well equipped with cooking & grilling utensils, Weber propane grill, place setting for six, coffee Keurig, wine glasses, and washer/dryer. Paper towels, detergents, and toilet paper are provided.

The cottage includes a private dock, located in a quiet no-wake cove and is perfect for children & adults to fish, swim, and explore in the two provided kayaks. Outstanding fishing right from the dock along with its 26 foot boat slip, lounge chairs, & swimming floats. Four adult life jackets are provided but please bring your own children's size life jackets for safety. A subdivision boat ramp is available nearby if you're bringing your own boat.

Supervised, well behaved pets are welcome for an additional flat rate $45 fee and must be pre-approved. (Three night minimum stay May 1st thru Sept 28th)
