Nice Little Stay

This was a wonderful little stay for two friends for a few days who were going to be out and about. There is no formal living room but the bedrooms were nice and it was great to have access to laundry. Our host was very responsive and easy to work with as well!

Lutz House

The pool was green and unusable. One of the two beds had an old mattress that wasn’t comfortable. And there was no living space, bedrooms only.

Property in Lutz

The host has obviously gone to great lengths to make thisca comfortable property. She even allowed us to store our ebikes in the garage. Refrigerator, stove, microwave were all available. Very nice, warm blankets. Nice pool. And the host was truly awesome.

Not As Advertised

This was advertised as a guest house. It was two small bedrooms of the owner's home blocked off from the rest of the home. I called the owner to say I wouldn't be staying there because it was not what I had paid for. She said she would refund my money but has not done so. I booked through Vrbo because I wanted a vacation home.

Honeymoon

Upon arrival when we arrive at the location we were not aware that you cannot enter through the front door so after several attempts my husband called the house to ask how we got into the location and we were told that we use the side door to the left which we went in walk through the garage walked inside not knowing that we were going to be walking into a place littler than a hotel room has two bedrooms a bathroom kitchen and intels of a sink and a stackable washer and dryer the stove in the kitchen does not work unless you use the lighter to light the burners also there is no cooking utensils that you need to cook properly with the grill and also if you do come please bring a grill cleaner because there’s nothing to clean the gr up or you cannot get the grill running also if she’s not cooking on it when you go to cook dinner when we arrive there we thought we were going to be having a full home to ourselves being it was our honeymoon and here we were sharing with a host who did not even speak English we could hear everything and anything that was going in on The side of her house you could hear her sneeze you could hear her use the restroom you could hear her alarm clock you could hear every conversation that she was having on the phone there was no privacy whatsoever every night that we came back we were depressed because we didn’t know what we could do without being heard or being judged as far as the swimming pool could not Use because there was no heater we Trusted the

Horrible

The property was dirty towels were stained bathroom looked like someone was using it prior to us getting there. The property owner was there the whole time. Pool was not accessible as shown on pictures. It was not an apartment as listed it was an entrance through the garage which you had to get to through grass which made my sneakers dirty. To make matters worst the property owner continued to accuse me of smoking when I barely was even there so I left a day early and didn’t even get my money back. I literally slept, showered and left to enjoy my vacation out doors. My last straw was that I was in Orlando and she text me saying for me to stop smoking because she can smell the smoke and it was killing her. Now there’s no way you smelled smoke when I was an hr and a half away also was already gone for hrs. I did not smoke in the property at all but she kept insisting I did. When I told her I was going to cut my vacation short due to her harassment she begged us to stay. So my question to her. If I was smoking so much and looking you why would you want us to stay? Her response I must’ve been smelling something else. She played nice but kept harassing the whole time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all unless you want to be harassed your whole stay
