¡Este maravilloso condominio de un dormitorio en el piso superior está idealmente ubicado en el piso superior (= 5to) de este complejo de poca altura, y por lo tanto tiene una vista espectacular del océano sobre la playa Eagle Beach! Es uno de los más eficientes dentro de nuestras unidades más pequeñas; tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama tamaño queen y un armario empotrado; un baño completo y moderno; un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar; una cocina moderna totalmente equipada de tamaño completo con mesa de bar para 3 personas; una lavadora / secadora. Hay un balcón regular (adyacente a la sala de estar) desde el que se tiene la espectacular vista al mar.

Este confortable y eficiente condominio de 1 dormitorio se encuentra físicamente a solo 100 metros del mundialmente famoso Eagle Beach de arena blanca de Aruba. Para su comodidad, dispone de una caja de seguridad con código de bloqueo, conexión gratuita a Internet de banda ancha por cable e inalámbrica, TV por cable, dos televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición, un reproductor de DVD y equipo de música. Esta unidad está ubicada en el edificio Palm (= frente a la playa) en el quinto o último piso. - Capacidad máxima 4.

Las instalaciones incluyen tres grandes piscinas, una piscina para niños, un gimnasio, sauna para hombres y mujeres, un centro de negocios, dos canchas de tenis y una sala de juegos para niños. Maravilloso paisaje en las instalaciones. Disfrute de la tranquilidad del resort y pasee por la hermosa playa, a solo unos pasos frente a las instalaciones.

On super Eagle Beach, walking distance to restaurants. Pools were clean and there were several to choose from. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful week in Aruba!

Spectacular visit!

This location is ideal for a visit to Aruba; close to the beach, nightlife and SuperFoods (a great location to pick up supplies). The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to eat in regularly. The washer and dryer made a big difference with keeping things clean following a day at the beach. Looking forward to a return visit sometime soon.

We really enjoyed this apartment and location was just excellent!! Management company that takes care of the property were very responsive to any requests. Supermarket is 5 mins driving, beach is 2 min walk. We are definitely coming back!

Great condo Gorgeous location

This property exceeded my expectations. One could not ask for a more magnificent view! The condo was very clean, well equipped and spacious. The grounds/landscaping were beautiful. Security was friendly and it was reassuring knowing security was present if we did need something. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Beautiful Aruba

Oceania is a great complex, and you only have to cross a small street to be on gorgeous Eagle Beach. We didn't need a rental car during our stay - there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the grocery store is only about a mile away and easily walkable. Prestige makes the check in/check out process very easy. There are only a couple of drawbacks to this unit. There is a large building currently being built right next door that now blocks the sunset view from the balcony. And as noted in previous reviews the bedroom could use an upgrade. The dresser is missing drawer pulls so is difficult to use, and the closet only has a small area that will fit some shirts, but there is nowhere to hang dresses.

Beautiful Views

You can't beat the views from this condo they are amazing and you get to watch the beautiful sunsets from your balcony. The location is great because it's just a short drive to the high rise hotel area, downtown as well as the grocery stores. There is one restaurant within walking distance called the screaming eagle that is a must to check out food and atmosphere are amazing. The unit itself was very clean other than the floor of the shower, the grout was pretty nasty. The other downfalls are that there is no privacy whatsoever on the balconies they are all very open and right next to the neighbors, also the bedroom is at the back of the condo right by the elevators so that can get noisy and lots of light comes in from the outside walkway. They furnish you with tons of towels, beach chairs, everything you need in the kitchen plus paper products etc. The beach was very close just a 5 min. walk across the street, the complex itself seemed relatively quiet which was nice. I would recommend this condo overall it was very nice and accommodating.

Great location in Eagle beach! 15-20 minute bus ride to South Beach or Downtown area!

The condo we rented @ Oceania could definitely use an upgrade compared to the other units!…Furnishings sorry to say were quite shabby… vanity in bathroom was falling apart, doors and draws unable to close! Bedroom dresser missing pulls on draws making it unable to open fully(kept clothes in suitcase)… unit had a musty odor (even after Lysol spraying)… Balcony door was unable to lock!!..Informed Prestige maintenance who were unable to fix so had to put a handmade plastic piece to keep it from being “completely” opened!! The balcony also was bereft of a small table to rest a mornings cup of coffee or a evening drink, two chairs ONLY were provided….Overall the location was great and the balcony view were great!

The Oceania Resort was perfect for us. The pool and Eagle Beach were peaceful and quiet.

The staff that we worked with at Prestige Aruba Vacations were incredible. Aischel, Javier and Joshua were all very helpful and so very nice. Aischel went out of her way to assist us with booking excursions, renting a jeep, airport transport and grocery shopping. A+!

Very clean and great location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Aruba. The unit is very clean and the staff from Prestige was great. We had some excellent meals during our stay and the weather was perfect every day. We would recommend having a car for at least part of the stay for the convenience of driving to the grocery store and going to downtown and the high-rise district. The only drawback was the construction/construction noise taking place across the street.

Great View - Very Average Condo

We certainly enjoyed our stay in Aruba. The water is gorgeous. Now about the condo: it flooded the first day or two we were there from the refrigerator. They fixed it and took the rug that was soaked in water but did not return it until several attempts to get it back. The icemaker stopped working. They fixed it for one day and then it stopped working again. Ultimately, a day or two before we left after our four week vacation in this condo, they fixed it again. The iron and ironing board were totally nasty and they replaced those after complaining about them. The cookware in this condo leaves much to be desired. Hopefully you do not plan to do any cooking. One of the lamps in the bedroom would not stay on the table since it did not have a flat bottom. There is a dangerous situation with a piece of rectangular glass on top of a coffee table. My spouse and I both hit the corner of this class at least four or five times each. Aruba obviously does not have solid liability laws. I would not stay in this condo again if they did not fix this obvious hazard. We like Oceania but would not stay in this condo ever again.
