The Boardwalk Bungalow is a 2 bed/2 bath condo located directly on the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, making walking to the ocean, amusement rides, restaurants and ice cream shops quick and easy!

Beautiful beach bungalow!

Beautiful, super clean space with all the amenities and thoughtful touches throughout, we had everything we needed. Our kid loved her room maybe even more than the beach. Super fun watching fireworks (and dolphins!) from the balcony. Fantastic communication with owner from planning to check-out, highly recommended!

Fantastic stay!

We loved the access to the beach and boardwalk. This was a wonderful bungalow for our quick stay. Kerie was so responsive on questions and the place was decorated beautifully! The king bed was DELUX! Would totally stay here again!

Perfect Girls Getaway

From the communication with check-in, to the location to the beach and restaurants, cleanliness of the unit above expectations, to the many details of stocked items that you needed, to the beautiful fun and whimsical aesthetics of the condo, this was the perfect rental for a girls Spring Break getaway!!! We will definitely be back! We stay in a lot of rentals and this stands out as one of the best!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This condo has everything you need for a beach getaway. The view is amazing and access to the beach is easy and close. We also loved being able to walk to everything on the boardwalk, also great for people watching. The condo is decorated so beautifully and had everything we needed … it was clean and comfortable! Overall great experience with the host. They made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo

The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated!! The hosts have thought of everything you could possibility need for your stay. The hosts were amazing! I needed an additional parking pass and reached out to Kerie. She personally delivered it. The location is great! Our sons were able to walk pretty much right next door to the boardwalk. We walked to several restaurants and shops that were close by. I would definitely recommend this property!

A vacation rental that feels like home

What a great vacation rental! This condo has such fun decor and spectacular views! But beyond that, the owners have really taken the time to think of every need a visitor might have. We have never had a rental feel more like home. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked and we were able to make multiple meals with ease. The bathrooms were clean and renovated, even providing extra toiletries if needed. The linens were clean and soft, nothing like the standard, stiff and thin hotel variety. The washer and dryer unit was quite a lifesaver for a family beach trip, with the owner even providing detergent pods. The proximity to the boardwalk was awesome and my kids loved walking over there every night. This is such a fantastic place to stay!!

Could not have asked for more

Our stay over New Year's was simply perfect. Kerie was the best VRBO host we have ever had - timely responses, super sweet and lovely, very thoughtful. The Boardwalk Bungalow was outfitted with just about anything you could think a family might need such as travel-sized toiletries in case you forget something like toothpaste or contact solution, games, binoculars, cooking tools, curling iron, laundry detergent...I could go on. The king bed was so comfortable it was difficult to leave every morning. The sheets were so soft and breathable. We had two eleven-year-old girls in tow who said their beds were very comfortable and screeched with delight when they saw their room, "it's SOOO cute!" The whole bungalow is "SOOO cute." It's so well decorated. When I vacation, I search for dreamy decor - it feels like a treat. This rental did not disappoint. And let's talk about the location! We stay at Carolina Beach at least 3x a year. We have never stayed so close to the boardwalk. It makes a world of difference to be so close to everything and not worry about parking or renting a golf cart. It was so very nice to get up in the morning, walk three minutes to Malama to grab some coffee and walk back to enjoy the drink on the balcony taking in the ocean views. It was also easy to send the girls out to play at the arcade while my husband and I had some quality time on the benches of the boardwalk. This rental was perfect for our group of four. I hope to return to the Boardwalk Bungalow soon

Heaven on Earth!

My eyes have adorned thee ... the picturesque, majestic, priceless view from our 2nd floor balcony overhang where we inhaled the breathtaking beauty of Caroline Beach! This beach bungalow is paradise, only matched by the pristine beachfront view. Every detail to this "you-got-to-rent-this-VRBO!" has been creatively and passionately designed by Kerie Lord -- proof that the sun doesn't just shine spectacularly outside, it illuminates indoors as well! Everything is bright, colorful, snappy, joyful -- and reflects the bold palate of an artist with an eye for LIFE! You are torn, sometimes, whether to just stay in and enjoy the endless perfection this bungalow exudes, or explore this family-friendly beach town. Besides being surrounded by eye-popping splendor, all is well in the cleanliness department. It's as if the VRBO was built just a couple of days ago. Kerie and her husband are such gracious hosts -- truly caring more about the people their home will bring great joy to. We had special needs -- and THEY CARED and DID EVERYTHING to make our four-day stay truly memorable and fantastic! I can tell you this ... there is a shortage of kind and gracious people in our world ... but we found a couple who break the mold! You will LOVE their place ... and the kind people who work hard to make your stay special! P.S. I loved walking five minutes across the street for take out breakfast at the Gulf Stream restaurant ... and sip that awesome diner coffee on Kerie's deck!
