Lovingly and appropriately named " Beach House," the perfect place to hang your towel or PARK YOUR BOAT after a fun long day at the beach or pool. Grill the day's fresh catch on your own private gas grill or enjoy time around the pool or outdoor areas. A hidden vacation spot that is literally in the city limits but feels incredibly private and remote.

Wonderful bungalow close to everything

Amazing little spot to stay. Being off the road made parking great, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do.

Sarasota Vacation House

Wonderful, three bedroom house. Extremely clean and well provisioned with everything needed. Access to shared pool which was lovely. We had a great time with family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property is close to everything and is amazing. The owners have made it, so you have everything you need, and it is decorated beautifully. The owners are very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back here!

Wow. Great find, highly recommended.

This was perfect for our needs. Super convenient location for the beach as well as a quick trip to Busch Gardens The kids loved the pool for quieter days. Everything is provided from beach chairs to pool toys. Couldn’t recommend more, will definitely stay again if in the area. A

Weddingcweek in Sarasota

My husband, myself and our new in laws stayed a week at this unit. Very quiet and cute. The unit is very clean , modern and nice. The host was very accomidating. Very nice stay and close to SRQ airport and small beaches.

New Year Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Walmart Neighborhood Market is approx. 2 blocks away. Montell was attentive and responded quickly to messages even offering restaurant and tourist information. The kitchen is well equipped and the beach theme decor was cute. It was a pleasure to be the first guests to stay after renovation.

Wonderful

Couldn’t have asked for better hosts they are so nice and helpful… the location is so perfect so close to the airport but yet you don’t even know it cause you can’t hear the planes!!! We went to the beach everyday but once we got enough of the beach we went back to the house to enjoy the pool!! Our vacation was exactly what we needed all relaxing no worries so thank you can’t wait to come back!!!
