Este condominio de un piso está en perfecto estado con todo actualizado en los últimos dos años, incluyendo todos los muebles, camas, toallas, sábanas, etc ... Es en estribaciones de primer lugar de Tucson a pocos minutos de los mejores campos de golf de Tucson. Ciclo de la derecha de la unidad y unirse ciclismo multitud de Tucson. A dos minutos de la esquina de los Cisnes y Sunrise Drive, donde todo lo que necesita está a la mano. Luego en coche 5 minutos al norte y usted está de excursión en las espectaculares montañas de Catalina. Este es un lugar perfecto, complejo está muy bien cuidados y las vistas son estupendas. Grandes restaurantes, galerías y tiendas en cuestión de minutos. La Encantada, el principal al aire libre del centro comercial de Tucson sólo 5 minutos. Los propietarios viven a pocos minutos de la unidad y están disponibles si hay algún problema, pregunta o necesidades. Esto es perfecto!

Perfect quiet place

We spent a month at this property. The two bedroom two bath set up is perfect for either two couples or parents traveling with kids. The condo has a world class view if the mountains. Jill, the property manager was extremely nice and responsive. The community pool, spa, and workout room were all great. I highly recommend this condo. .

Fantastic Catalina Foothills Condo

This is an absolutely amazing property, inside and out! The decor, appointments, and space were lovely. Unobstructed views of the Catalina foothills, charming desert landscaping, abundant bird life, beautiful pool area, and stunning sunsets make this an unforgettable property. Our host was delightful to work with - she even took her time to locate and send on to us an item we left behind. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience!

Lovely place with a horrible HOA

My family enjoyed our stay at this casita overall. I wish I could leave 5 stars but unfortunately due to the insane HOA and additional charges (like an internet data usage fee) that were not mentioned in the listing. Over all, cute place, had some condiments, had most of what I needed to cook and do laundry. The internet speed was nice, the patio was beautiful and perfect for my pet. The location is very snooty and high end, which is ideal in my opinion. However that comes with an HOA who will not hesitate to pound on your doors all hours of the day or night and will even take it upon themselves to try to enter the unit through the sliding door which made me extremely uncomfortable. All to accuse us of possessing the RV that was parked in the parking lot. Tried explaining it was not ours and he came back several times to question us throughout our stay even after explaining this was a VRBO. He didn’t seem to care and wanted to cause trouble. Also if you have a dog do not let them bark, not even once; the next door neighbors will literally call the police. Lol. But overall would stay again, loved everything about it minus the HOA.

Amazing location in foothills!

Wonderful property, amazing views, loved the location. So much to see and do so close. Highly recommend to others and would stay there again.

Tucson in February

The property was perfect for our month of "get away" during COVID. The location would be considered by some to be little out of the way however for us it was perfect. We spent most of our time-on the east side where it is located. The condo is extremely comfortable and welcoming. We made many of our meals and the kitchen was very well organized and easy to use. This is a real gem of a place. Well worth the price.

T.v. Shower grips couch and chair

Very little tv. No netflex. Husband fell in shower as no grips to hold onto, both showers. Very uncomfortable furniture in living room, old. Do we get a deposit back, not the cleaning deposit? We left one week early.

Quiet and good location.

The unit was clean with great views of the foothills. With covid no fitness center or pool. Small appliances need updating. Quiet area and enjoyed the stay.

Great stay in the Tucson Foothills!

This condo was very clean and in a great foothills area. It has everything you need for a long term stay. It has wonderful decor and tasteful furnishings. I was very comfortable.

Beautiful Sunsets too!!

Enjoyed the stay here. Well maintained and great views of the foothills. Sunsets on the patio were fantastic. The owner was very flexible working with us. Highly recommend this property

Beautiful views - great patio - kitchen necessities included

I stayed here for about 6 weeks and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect condo. The patio is great to enjoy dinner outside. There are really nice grills by the pool, although the condo has one too (didn’t use it). WiFi is strong. The kitchen included enough pots, pans and extras. I wish I didn’t have to leave but the next guests were already booked. I strongly recommend staying here.

Jill was responsive, easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo is in a quiet area but also a great location for easy access to shopping, restaurants, hiking and biking. We loved it!

Beautiful and quiet townhouse with gorgeous Catalina Mountain View

Spent the month of December 2017 at this beautiful townhouse. The unit has a wonderful view and is very quiet. I love this area and rode my bike almost every day. The owner, Jill is very responsive but leaves you alone to enjoy the unbeatable atmosphere. I would like to go back again next year!

Look No Further

This rental is perfect. My husband and I stayed in this unit for 2 months. It is charming, up-to-date, well-equipped and is conveniently located. Besides all that, you get a gorgeous view of the Catalinas right out the front door. The owner is well-informed, helpful, responsive and genuinely wants her guests to enjoy their stay.

Sunny winter escape

We enjoyed Jill's condo very much. It was clean and modern with some of the most fantastic views you could ask for from the living room, bedrooms and the shaded patio. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Landlord

I stayed at Jill's condo for a month. The condo was clean and absolutely beautiful inside and out! The views are phenomenal! Everything was there to get me started. Jill was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I had planned on staying longer but due to unforeseen circumstances had to cut my trip short. As soon as I notified Jill she immediately re-posted the condo and was able to re-rent it for the next month that I could not stay. Jill notified me about finding someone and refunded my rent per our rental agreement. Her flexibility, understanding of my situation and honesty was first class! I will be calling her again when I make it back out to Tucson for sure!

Oooh those views....

We stayed at Jill's property for 2 months, while searching for a home of our own. I can't tell you how fabulous the location of this condo is, the views of the mountains are unbelievable and being at the end of the complex it seems the desert is your private backyard!! The inside was tastefully done and made us feel at home right away, cable and wifi worked seemlessly, it has everything you possibly need. The location is perfect, stores close by, and our favorite restaurant/ bar Fini's Landing just down the road. We couldn't have found a better place. Thank you, Jill for being available whenever we needed you!

Great location and views

We loved our time in this beautiful condo. As the overview states it has been nicely upgraded, and was very clean - you can tell the owner cares about the property. In addition, Jill was very friendly and easy to work with. Outstanding views from every window and the courtyard, and well equipped with everything you need. A great location: at the end of the complex therefore more quiet and with easy parking/access; in addition to minimal travel time for all our activities. We were charmed to be next door to the DeGrazia gallery and studio, and were able to take part in a fun festival held there during our stay. The gated courtyard was perfect for a pet. The pool was not heated until January, so we were not able to use the pool, but enjoyed the hot tub and workout facility. We plan to visit again in the future.

convenient and perfect

We have been very pleased with this unit since we arrived. It has everything you need to make this your home away from home. The location of this unit is really fantastic, it"s close to everything you could possibly need. The view from every window is outstanding. A million dollar view of the mountains, along with gorgeous desert vegetation. It is both clean and quiet. This was one of the most relaxing times we have had while away from home. Perfect

This was our first time dealing with VRBO and it was painless. Every thing that you want is right here. The area is the best for location. The property is more then what is said. The pool area is close by as well as the work out area. The owners are awesome people. Everything is provided. All you need to do is head to the market to fill up the fridge and kick back. There are so many attractions and activities to see and do in Tucson. We hope to stay here many times in the future. We thank you for a very relaxing time.

Convenient and Comfortable!

We loved our month in this comfortable and convenient condo. The owner was cheerful and helpful and the place felt like home right away. Even though it was January, the pool was great. We appreciated being so close to it. Great location in foothills. Easy to get everywhere and no crowds, noise or bustling traffic in area. Comfortable and fully stocked with all we needed. We're staying here TWO months next year!
