Venga a experimentar el paraíso en Marco Island, Florida. Todo lo que necesita es su traje de baño! Disfrute de nuestro recién actualizado Y condominio totalmente amueblado con pintura nueva, nuevo televisor en el maestro, nueva decoración, y el nuevo 48 "HD TV, BLU RAY y conexión Wi FI EN LA UNIDAD. Disfruta de este condominio de South Seas Tower 3 (piso 9) donde te despertarás cada mañana para escuchar las olas del océano desde la ventana de tu habitación. Mira el día cobran vida como usted tiene su café de la mañana en el balcón con vistas a la amplia playa de Marco Island y la impresionante Golfo de México. Esta unidad cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños privados completos. Todos se han actualizado con nuevas toallas, ropa de cama y sábanas de 350 para su comodidad. El maestro tiene su propio balcón y se ve sobre la playa. Hay un gran salón con un balcón también con vistas a la playa. Los dos balcones se unen. La cocina tiene una estufa, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera y licuadora. Hay una gran mesa de comedor con 6 sillas entre la cocina y el salón. Mientras que sobre el Marco, puede pasar horas los bombardeos en la playa Tigertail, nadar en la piscina o en el mar, que está a pocos pasos del edificio, relajándose en la playa, la exploración de numerosos restaurantes, compras, golf o jugar un partido de tenis en los Mares del Sur Tennis Club frente al edif condominio. Por la noche, la vista hacia el suroeste ofrecerá las luces centelleantes del perfil de Marco. Esto es importante cuando MIRA EL MARCO condominios. Vistas hacia Tigertail (o al norte) se volverán completamente negro después de la puesta del sol. Hay poca o ninguna 'atardecer' en Marco. Great Stay

Great place to stay!

The unit is just as it looks in pics. Very clean. Great communication with OWNERS, not a managing service. all the amenities you need. Marco is a wonderful place to vacation. We'd stay there again.

Perfect Christmas at the Beach!

Location, location, location! All of the desired amenities were within a short walk or drive from the condo. Plenty of space for four adults, including a spacious patio with amazing views. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare all breakfasts & lunches as well as a couple of dinners. No need to pack beach towels or chairs either! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This condo was exactly as advertised and very clean. Location was great and my kids loved the amenities of the complex. The best part, however, was the owner's commitment to making sure we were having a good time. Owner messaged me a week or two before our stay to provide full disclosure that there *might* be some renovation projects going on around the exterior portions of the building and offered to refund us for any night that we did not wish to stay. It ultimately had no impact on our trup

We enjoyed our stay at Marco Island. The ocean view and location are great!! This condo was adequate for our needs but it could use some updates. The two twin beds are really more child sized than adult size. Everything we needed for the beach was there except a cooler.

Relax and Enjoy!

Ms. Paula was very responsive, friendly, and professional. Everything listed was exactly as stated. The beach was gorgeous and the pool was very relaxing. The condo offered beautiful views of the beach and the long walks on the beach we’re very nice. The property is VERY well kept and the elevators all move very quickly. Very friendly and laid back atmosphere. We had a wonderful experience all the way around! Thank you, Ms. Paula, for making everything so wonderful!

This was a last minute trip that turned out great! Paula was so easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. The location is great with many walking options and restaurants close by. The unit was just as described and reflected the photos. It was stocked with towels, chairs, a wagon, sand toys, cooler and umbrellas. It had everything you need. The walk to beach is about 10 minutes due to the width of the beach but is an easy walk. The property is huge with access to the pool, gym and laundry room. This was a great stay!

Beautiful setting! Great beach view! Comfortable unit!

We loved being beachfront! We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the lanai almost every morning! My wife and I were here the whole month, and enjoyed visits at different times from my brother and his wife, and our son and his family. Everyone was happy to have the beach so close, and to enjoy walks, shelling, and sunsets at the beach, as well as time at the beautiful pool. It was very quiet and comfortable in our unit, and it was great to have use of the beach cart, wagon, and toys. Also great to be able to walk the beautiful grounds of the complex, including the waterfront boardwalk across the street from our building. We also LOVED being able to walk to Joey’s Pizza for dinner or Doreen’s for breakfast/brunch. Overall, a great experience!

Relaxing Family Getaway

Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was sparkling clean and was beautifully decorated. The attention to detail and condo amenities were top notch. A wagon, chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, water toys, beach towels, cooler (and more) were available to use. Other reviewers did not like the walk to the beach, however, our family found it perfectly fine. That is just how it is for any of the condos on that part of Marco Island. All of the residents and employees of the condo building were very nice and helpful. The hosts were very quick to respond with questions. We had such a fun and relaxing time our only regret is we didn't stay longer!!

Needs updating, old appliances and 1970’s style wallpaper.

The refrigerator was 25 plus years old. No ice maker. Didn’t keep beverages cold. Bed was very uncomfortable. Too many decorations, paint, and pictures on walls. Curtains on sliding door were torn. Only plus was all beach items were available. Didn’t like the long walk to the beach.

All new window treatments installed June 27, 2023. Brand new master bed and brand new refrigerator Sept ‘23. We are not allowed to have ice makers in our building. The wallpaper is new.

First time to Marco and we loved it!

This was our first time to Marco Island. We could not be happier with this spot in Florida. The weather was perfect the entire time we were here. We will for sure be back to this area. The condo, was just as listed in the pictures, the view was amazing, our kids loved coming out and watching everything on the beach from the condo. The condo was VERY well equipped with everything needed to go down to the beach, it had chairs, a wagon, cooler and even beach towels. The only complaint that we had about the condo was the shades throughout the whole condo. They are very private at all. The 2nd bedroom with the twin beds had the very see through blinds and it was very hard for our kids to fall asleep in it, due to the lights that are on all night long outside the window, it would be middle of the night and their room was lit up. Those same kind of blinds are in the kitchen window as well, I just felt like there was not as much privacy, anyone walking by could see straight in the kitchen or the kids room. But besides that, this condo was great, we didn't spend much time in it except to eat and sleep. Paula, responds quickly if you have any questions and check in/out was great!

Clean condo

The condo was very clean upon arrival. Check-in and check-out were easy as well. We were expecting a long walk to the beach and it was, but I think the price reflects that. The condo is very spacious and had plenty of space for my family of 4. The wagon for the beach that was provided was nice. The staples were there, looked like from previous guests so we were sure to leave a few things also. After you the $100 parking fee, you can park in a covered parking garage, which was very nice during the summer months. Updates need to be made to the refrigerator as it barely kept things cold and it was in the 90s while we were there. The master bed was also very uncomfortable/stiff. South Seas has particular rules to follow, such as no snacks at the pool, no pool floats, etc. Many guests there complained about that but it is certainly not a deal breaker. We utilized the coin laundry while we were there— it requires you to download an app, uploading a minimum of $10 at a time. It costs $2 to wash and $1 to dry. We spent $20 to wash clothes and towels during our stay, if that helps anyone.

Best Vacation

The property was exactly as listed and we couldn't be more pleased. We had a beautiful view of the water and it was ideal to sit on the balcony with our morning coffee. The owner had the condo well stock with kitchenware, towels, etc. and satisfied all our needs. The only bad parts was that we had to leave three days early to escape Hurricane Ian. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Time of our lives !!!!!!

We had such a relaxing vacation, the condo was absolutely amazing had everything we needed and then some. Beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach towels, sun block you name it they had it .Decor of the condo was done with style and felt like you were at a beach cottage. To get to the water was a walk but thank god they had a couple of wagons for us to use. We went shelling every evening and found a huge horse conch and 2 lightning welks that are now on my table here in Indiana. Low tide made our trip and with Tiger tail being right in front of us we could not ask for anything more. Restaurants are within walking distance. This is a gated community so we always felt safe. We did not run into one rude person our entire trip we had the time of our lives and do plan on coming back next year. Thanks again Paula for all your help and having a beautiful condo.

Great Vacation!

We had so much fun and the place was perfect! They have everything you need and Paula was very responsive to questions. It was our first time to Marco Island won’t be our last. The place is a short walk to the ocean but they have a wagon you can use which we found very helpful.

The entire area was enjoyable. I loved it was a gated community, , the condo was so relaxing.

Great week!

Paula was great to work with and very responsive. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony each morning. The walk to the water is long but there are many shells to pick up on the way. The pool was shut down most of our stay due to a broken filter, but this is no fault of the owner. Our family enjoyed using the pickle ball courts and swimming in the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay!
