Ocean Sands 504 es una hermosa, recientemente renovado derecho de estudio sobre las arenas blancas de la playa de Madeira. Disfruta de nuestras fabulosas puestas de sol en tu balcón privado del quinto piso.

Los cambios recientes incluyen todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina junto con hermosas de granito blanco encimeras y un cocinero superficie superior plana. La cocina es muy funcional con un tamaño completo nevera, estufa, el horno de microondas gama y un lavavajillas para su conveniencia. También da a la / área y salón comedor a la derecha de la playa! La mesa de comedor con capacidad para cuatro con dos asientos adicionales en la barra de desayuno. El sofá de cuatro asientos y se dobla como una cama desplegable de tamaño completo para los niños.

Este condominio cuenta con un gran entretenimiento durante muchas horas fuera o dentro.

Save your money and go somewhere else

The amount of rust and mold was unacceptable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bathtub wouldn’t drain. The dishes, pots and pans and utensils had dried visible food on them. Every few hours it was boiling hot because the thermostat kept going back to 78*, makes it difficult to sleep when you’re so hot. The decor had broken pictures, lamps, very dented up refrigerator and the front door had a disgusting goo dripping from it. The listing shows a quaint clean updated unit, absolutely FALSE

Beautiful stay, Comfortable Property

Good location. Beach is lovely. Pool area just like the pictures. Secure building, dedicated parking space. Unit is well appointed with beach accessories, balcony furniture, washer/dryer, and kitchen supplies. Good storage for clothing in large closet and dresser. We had so shift some of the owners things around to fit our stuff in the bathroom and kitchen. Nice shower, plenty of hot water and good water pressure which can sometimes be an issue in larger buildings. The listing for the unit needs to be updated for two inaccuracies. On the plus side, we did not have to pick keys up in Clearwater. There was a lockbox with the key on-site which was much more convenient that the prospect of picking it up elsewhere. On the negative side, the sofa does not pull out into a bed as advertised. Yes the unit is for 2 people only, but sometimes if you have a fitful sleeper or two friends are traveling together and prefer to sleep separately, it is nice to have another option. Hopefully the listing has been updated to reflect this as promised. All in all a good experience, we would consider staying again.

Wonderful Aug workation!

The property was easy to get to from Tampa airport and was right on beautiful Madeira Beach as described/pictured. Unit is perfect size for my 2 week workation, just me this trip. Nice secure access building, great heated pool, friendly neighbors, building parking spot included(if needed), grocery cart/luggage carriers available, easy walkable access to many great restaurants/nightlife, a shop or two, CVS, 7-11, grocery store and John's Pass not too far away. Unit itself had everything you need: full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, closet w/beach items, nice bathroom(starter shampoo/conditioner/lotion like a hotel, a few other amenities, large towels & beach towels), large clothes closet, small dining table/work area(as pictured), great mattress in Murphy bed, big TV, set of dresser drawers, amazing balcony view that is visible as soon as you walk in to let you know you are in heaven (I love the beach). Starter sets of dish soap & dish washer pods, as well as, laundry pods, hand soap provided- all a nice touch. Connecting with property management(very kind) for a few questions was easy/timely. Overall I LOVED my stay at this unit and location, hopefully I will be back again soon.

Excellent Location

This condo was directly on Madeira Beach which was a huge convenience! The Ocean Sands complex pool was also lovely and well-maintained. The condo itself was a bit dated and is actually quite small (as stated), but was adequate for two people. I would definitely stay again. Only two negatives: 1) You must pick up and drop off the key to this property in Clearwater Beach which is quite a bit away from Madeira Beach, and which has the worst traffic along the Gulf Coast Boulevard! 2) The elevators were only working off and on for the two weeks we were there, requiring using the stairs to the fifth floor several times.

We loved our vacation at Ocean Sands. It didn't take long before it felt like home.

We had top notch service from renting from Florida Beach Rentals, in particular from the agent Lisa G. The only negative aspect is picking up the key in Clearwater and having to return it there.

Beautiful property, great value!

Loved Ocean Sands. We weren’t sure about the Murphy bed, but it was easy to use and more comfortable than most sleeper sofas. The condo was clean and well stocked.

Fantastic location, amazing value

Ocean Sands 504 is a comfortable, well stocked, conveniently located unit. I could not have been happier with my stay. The condo is surprisingly roomy and the furnishings are comfortable and functional. Amenities provided include all of the basics as well as a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, an ice maker, and beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, pool noodles). The balcony looks out over the sand and is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. The condo is also in a great location and I had no problem finding everything I needed within walking distance. It is an easy walk to the Winn Dixie, CVS, restaurants and bars. Anything outside walking distance is easily accessible using the trolley. I enjoyed an extraordinarily relaxing two weeks at this condo and I will definitely be staying here on my next visit.

Fabulous stay! We would definitely stay here again!!!

The condo was clean and had all basic necessities that you would need. The view of the ocean and sunsets is spectacular! It's centrally located near restaurants and shopping. The pool is beautiful and the beach was great for walking. Parking is underground. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!!!

We just finished up our stay and

We just finished up our stay and could not have been more pleased. The unit was exactly as the website pictures depicted. It was well equipped, neat and clean. Everything worked well. The building is clean and well-maintained. Entry to the lobby, pool, and beach required a key, so security was not a concern. We appreciated having a designated, covered parking spot. Building is conveniently located to grocery and drug stores--easy walking distance. Several bars and restaurants within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed Off the Hook Beach Bistro (formerly Ocean Breeze Grill). Delicious and reasonable. This is a terrific little unit in a great location on a quiet, beautiful beach. We plan to book again. Only annoyance was that a little contact throughout the year from Florida Beach Rentals would have reassured us all was well with our reservation. We had to initiate every contact. Other than that, they were great, too. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We loved this property - the proximity to the ocean was very close and beautiful!

This property worked really well for us - we loved the white tile, the kitchen was fully stocked, having the washer/dryer right in the condo was so convenient. Loved being able to walk across the street to the Pubs and, especially, John's Pass. The Winn-Dixie was close as well as the Pharmacy, Liquor Store and Dollar Store. The beach was wonderful (like walking in flour). Do shuffle your feet though as we did see people who were hit by sting-rays. There are so may beautiful shells which we brought home to add to our collection. Absolutely nothing to say about the area - we did recommend a new coffee pot (a small complaint). Fantastic Ocean Sands Studio

This was a fantastic studio. We found it just as it was pictured. The ocean decor was perfect as we enjoyed the ocean view from inside and on the deck. The studio was spotless and had everything we needed and then some. We had an issue with the color on our TV and the day after we mentioned it a new TV was provided. Wow! We loved the location for entertainment, meals, groceries and sightseeing. We were within walking distance to groceries, dining, shopping, drugstore and even a Wednesday Farmer's Market. We loved the beach location for morning walks and sunbathing. We watched the dolphins as we enjoyed "happy hour" from our deck. John's Pass and St. Pete's Beach were close by for shopping and restuarant's. We recommend this studio very highly and would love to return.

Es war sehr schön. Das Studio ist perfekt für unsere Wünsche. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden auch für das Jahr 2015 wieder darauf zurück kommen.
