We like the condo it was nice and clean, close to the beach, would like to stay there again.

Best Beach with Friends!

We were so close to beach and the water was clear. Love our 2 bedroom rental. The pool was super nice!

Close to beach

Nice, clean, quiet property in a convenient location. Very close to the beach. Older 2-story building with pool, well maintained. Apartment had its own laundry which was nice. The property management company was easily accessible if needed.

Great place to stay

Nice location within walking distance to beach! Pool on-site was heated which was a little uncomfortable in the 90 degree heat. The tub had a constant leak which was annoying but mgt said it was scheduled for repair after our departure at the end of the week long stay. Overall not a bad vacation

Maddies Grad Trip

Took my adult kids 19/21 for my daughters graduation from college . The place was big enough for 4 adults and had beach chairs etc to use. I bought and left a Cooler for the next group as there wasn't one . The beach, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We had a great time at the pool as well . We grilled some hot dogs etc on the charcoal grill . Great time with my kids .

Mixed bag....

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location just a few minutes walk to Upham Beach where you can rent chairs & umbrellas for the day. Nice coffee shops and good restaurants within walking distance. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, which we did a few times. The unit was clean EXCEPT for the dishes - lots of the dishes & utensils were put away with food still stuck on them. A few glasses in the cabinets with lipstick on them. Can't say it was the cleaning staff because tenants could have put them away like that rather than clean them, but after the first few times it was pretty gross so we ended up washing every single glass, mug, plate, fork, etc. before we used it. It's a comfortable, spacious unit, but it has a musty smell and the upholstered furniture has a "dirty sock" kind of smell - could use a cleaning or replacement. This was a last minute trip so we were desperate, but we would not stay here again primarily due to the fees. All the various fees almost equaled the actual cost of staying, which does not make this unit a good value - simply not worth it. They also put out an envelope for a housekeeping tip, even though there is no housekeeping while staying there and you are charged a $200 cleaning fee, which should be going to the cleaners.

I apologize for your experience during your stay and we will look into the items addressed in your review. Our policy is if you notify us within 24 hours that you are not satisfied with the cleaning we can send someone back to the unit to fix the issues you are having. Sometimes dishes may be put away by previous renters but housekeeping should have checked to make sure they were clean. I am not sure what the musty smell is that you are referring to but I will have maintenance look into this to see if there is something that we can do. Our housekeeping fees are set by the housekeeping company and they receive the entire cleaning fee included in your reservation cost. Housekeeping leave s a tip envelope, and if you find appropriate you may leave an optional additional tip. Our fees have gone up recently due to inflation and other costs associated with management and maintenance of the unit. We appreciate your feedback. Thanks, Heather NextHome Beach Time Realty

Don't stay here

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived we didn't have a parking space do to construction to the building. It took me an hour to figure out the parking situation and paid for beach parking. The whole point of me renting this place was so I could walk to the beach and not have to pay for beach parking. When I complained to the owner's they refused to pay me what I had lost paying for parking. These people are crooks. They lied to me about having parking and on top of that construction crews were pounding on the roof early morning. Do not trust these people. Also the floors and dishes were dirty. Not super kid friendly. Many of the other guests were smokers.
