Villa by the lake Elliðavatn in Reykjavik area.

Our Villa is centrally located in Reykjavik area in a nice and calm neighbourhood, only 11 km away from the Reykjavik city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house. Our Villa just few meters from the Lake Elliðavatn and also walking distance from the popular nature outdoor area Heiðmörk. If the weather conditions are right you can see the Northern Lights from our house, as we are not effected by the city lights.

Our Villa is on two floors, you enter on the ground floor, there we have two bedrooms, Master bedroom has queen size bed (180x200cm) and bathroom ensuite with toilet, shower and bathtub. Very big window is in the master bedroom and if the weather conditions are right you can see the Northern Lights / Aurora lying in the bed, the Northern lights pictures online were taken in the bedroom. The other bedroom has two single beds (120x200cm and 90x200cm). We have open spacious living room, tv room and kitchen with high ceiling. Our kitchen fully loaded with everything you need.
In the lower level we have two bedrooms, nice bathroom with shower. There we have also extra kitchen. One bedroom has double bed (160x200cm) and the other bedroom is very spacious and there we have also single bed (120x200cm) and we can add 1-2 single beds (90x200cm) if needed.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 180 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.
