Located only a few steps from the beautiful Flamands beach, the charming vacation villa IPANEMA in St-Barths offers a splendid view over the ocean, the beach and the surrounding islands. The house is one of the 12 properties in the very private subdivision of Roc Flamands which overlooks the small community of Flamands Beach.

The contemporary villa IPANEMA sits on a verdant hillside and is built on two levels, featuring comfortable and modern spaces, in harmony with nature and the tropical vegetation. Upstairs, the air-conditioned living room is fully glazed and very bright, and has tile floors, built-in shelves and cabinets. This great room is comfortably furnished in a modern style with a large sofa covered with cushions with Caribbean details, under a vaulted, whitewashed ceiling that creates a nice sense of space. The decoration with beige shades hints brought by shells and orchids brings a refined touch to this room where the trade winds blow gently through the openings. You’ll enjoy cooking delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen.

Outside, the wide and covered terrace has separate lounging and dining areas near the beautiful staircase leading down to the swimming pool. The alfresco dining room can accommodate up to eight people and a barbecue is at your disposal to cook delicious grills,  great moments to share with family or friends. On the lower level terrace, you'll be charmed by the idyllic scenery with views over the hills and the Atlantic ocean. A lovely swimming pool, a jacuzzi surrounded by lounge chairs and an outdoor shower are set up in this private, relaxing space. It also features a cozy sitting area with a sofa and armchairs for reading time or talking over a drink.

The vacation home IPANEMA has three air-conditioned bedrooms located on the ground floor, overlooking the pool and the tropical environment. Two sets of stairs - one indoor, one outdoor - connect the bedrooms to the common living areas upstairs. The suites are bright and tastefully decorated in a cozy atmosphere: all is quiet and peaceful for your dream stay in St-Barthelemy. Two suites have king size beds, while the third one is furnished with twin beds that can be converted into a king. All feature televisions and private bathrooms.

There is a small bungalow in the rear of the property that is currently dedicated to an air-conditioned fitness room.
