The LARGE KITCHEN has everything you'll need for your stay and includes a Keurig Dual for coffee lovers. So much cabinet space. There are two workspaces for those who engage in remote work or school.

The main bedroom suite boasts a king-size bed with built-in storage, and large dresser drawers. The bathroom has a lovely shower and linen closet and the walk-in closet is HUGE.

The second bedroom has two twin-size beds or put both together for a king-size bed. An easy conversion kit is provided.

The full hall / guest bath has beautiful finishes with both a bathtub and a shower.

The PRIVATE lanai / porch extends the living space of the home and overlooks gorgeous trees for moments of solitude. Lounge on the cozy outdoor, comfortable swivel chairs or at the bistro table on the beautiful additional living space.

The garage is full of “fun in the sun” items to make your adventures complete - beach chairs, folding chairs, ice chests, portable grill and more. Park your car in the garage or driveway - you’ll be given a garage remote for easy access to come and go.

Don’t forget to walk over to the neighborhood HEATED POOL - just steps away to enjoy more relaxation and the warmth of the beautiful Sunshine State. And, yes, heated all year long. There's a pool house with bathrooms.

Please note this is an upstairs unit. There are 6 steps going up to the front porch and 8 more steps going up to the main floor. There are 6 steps going down to the garage. All rooms are on the same level for your convenience once upstairs.
