Siesta Key-Jamaica Royale 68 -Great Location! 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo

This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa was recently made available for rental for the first time in 2024, and is located in the garden/pool area of Jamaica Royale. It is well suited as a getaway for couples and small families who look to relax while enjoying the convenient access to the private beach and proximity to the many attractions that Siesta Key and Sarasota have to offer.

Upon Arrival: You will have an assigned parking spot conveniently located at the front door of the unit. The parking space is large enough for two regular size SUVs or one really large SUV.

Upon Entering: You fill find a well outfitted kitchen with nice appliances and a pantry with plenty of storage. The dining table seats six. The kitchen and dining area opens into the main living area which features a queen size sleeper sofa and two swivel rockers.

Off to the beach: From the patio it is an easy walk of approximately 3 minutes to the private beach with no roads to cross, and you will pass two of the three heated pools along the way. The quartz sand is excellent as it is soft and cool to the touch. At the beach there are chairs and chaise loungers available for your use as well as a private shower area to rinse off when heading back in. For your use, we have a collapsable beach wagon, a cooler, two beach umbrellas, beach towels, goggles, frisbees, and other sand toys available.

Bedtime: The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, a king size bed, a very large closet, a dresser, and a smart TV. The secondary bedroom has two double beds, a large closet, a desk/workspace area, and a smart TV for streaming. There is a bathroom in the hallway directly across from the second bedroom.

The condo was completely remodeled in late 2025 and features all new appliances and furniture.

Our rental policy: Unit 68 currently has a standard 14 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but of course, we are also flexible as exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis depending on availability and seasonal demand.

All unit 68 house rules must be followed, and Jamaica Royale's general and pool rules published on their website must also be followed.
