Este condominio frente al golfo de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño completamente renovado se encuentra en el sexto piso de nuestro edificio Grand Tower. La vista completa del hermoso Golfo de México y nuestra playa de arena blanca se puede ver desde esta unidad, ¡que es perfecta para ver las puestas de sol de la noche! Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de un dormitorio tienen capacidad para un máximo de 4 personas. El dormitorio está amueblado con dos camas tamaño queen con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "con servicio HD. El baño tiene bañera. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con los elementos necesarios para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera y cafetera Keurig. El condominio tiene baldosas en todo y también tiene un televisor de 48 "en la sala de estar con servicio de televisión de alta definición también. Está bellamente amueblado con un balcón abierto y las vistas más espectaculares del Golfo de México que harán de su estancia una experiencia memorable.

The views are terrific, the beds and furniture are comfy, unit and building are clean. We stayed for 3 nights in November, the point after which there wasn’t supposed to be any major renovation. Unfortunately for us-they were replacing the windows above and below our unit, so there was constant drilling and noise the 2 full days we were there. Also, the beach is groomed every morning, which takes about 1 1/2 hours, of listening to the motor of the truck doing the grooming. I was hoping for a more peaceful time on the balcony, it was noisier than I’d expected. But, watching the sunset from the room and balcony was delightful, and walking the beach every day was fun-miles of beach in either direction and lots of small shells. We had a minor issue with the microwave which was promptly fixed. No paper towels or salt/pepper, so be sure to bring those for yourself. Beach towels were provided, which was nice. There was a small cooler and a few sand toys in the unit.

The condo was as described, the view from the bedroom,living room and the balcony was just breathtaking..The beach was spectacular kept clean and irrigated everyday. This property is very well maintained. You literally walk right out on the beach.very secure building and parking.We will be back again same unit, same beach. Different year.

Such a beautiful beach

The Palm Bay Club is a well run resort. Everyone was professional and kind. We stayed in the tower. Suite 62 which was very comfortable. The balcony was so nice for early morning coffee and for evening sunsets. The room was clean and the beds super comfortable. The only thing that would have been nice is a restroom on the first floor or beachside for those of us that were on the beach all day. Going back to the room multiple times is not convenient. Also, the pool is up front by the office so there's no view and a hike from the tower.

Beautiful views of Siesta Key Beach

The property was perfect for my husband and I, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen and living area were sufficient for the two of us. The view of Siesta Key Beach was amazing. The property was very nice with great amenities and the personnel were so helpful. Someone was there to take the provided beach loungers to the beach for us and having umbrellas available to rent made this the perfect place for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is gulf front in the tower, and has a great view of the beach, gulf and sunsets. One spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a nice outdoor patio, but we found the living room a bit tight. It’s perfect for a couple, or a family with one, maybe two smaller children. Would feel crowded with more than three adults. Kitchen is small, with basic cooking provisions. It’s fine for fixing quick & simple meals.

We will come back and hopefully find another unit with the same view but with updates.

2nd time at Palm Bat Great stay, very clean

Moms: the blackout curtains are amazing!! Helped a lot for naps with my reluctant nappers. I will say the beds are pretty high up for whatever age is traveling. Our first stay we had a corner unit so this one felt a bit smaller, but with our family size it was really all you need! GREAT outdoor space! Being on the beach it was quite loud the one night with some teens gathering, I felt that the property was responsive in dealing with it and it didn’t seem to happen the following evening. We have loved coming here the last 2 summers!!

This place was so nice! The check-in process was super easy, and the woman at the front desk was very helpful. The condo was very nice and clean. The balcony view was amazing. It was very close to Publix and Siesta Village. We would definitely stay again.
