**Flexible Check-in Option: We understand travel plans can vary, so we offer flexible check-in options to accommodate your schedule:
Check-in between 2 PM and standard check-in time: $25 per hour.
Check-in at 1 PM or earlier: Pay the previous night's rate.
Please note that early check-in or late check-out requests are not guaranteed at the hourly rate (25$ per hour), as it depends on the cleaner finishing early on check-in day. For a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to pay the previous night's rate.
1. No parties/events. No pets allowed. Only guests included in the stated number at time of booking, up to a total of 10, are allowed. There is a CAMERA on the Ring doorbell that will pick up movement when people arrive and leave making the number of people/animals entering and exiting the front door easy to calculate.
2. No smoking (cigarettes or other) inside or in front of the unit. You may smoke on the patio roof, but must dispose of all butts in the trash bin.
3. All doors must be secured before departure of the premises
4. Ensure all interior lights, oven/stove, water are turned off before departure.
5. The host is not responsible for any personal inflicted injury due to negligence or fault of the renter/ or guest of the renter . The renter/guest of the renter is responsible for his/her actions and the outcome of those actions.
