Family Fun Cabin In the Mountains

Updated and newly furnished home with a large deck. 1540 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in the Pinetop Lakes area. Ideal for families and friends seeking to experience a nostalgic mountain getaway. Multiple outdoor seating areas, gas fireplace, and all the relaxation of the mountains! We invite you to come make memories to last a lifetime!

The space
Escape the heat in the summer or enjoy a winter wonderland in this spacious and inviting vacation rental home nestled in the pines of a quaint mountain town. Located the Pinetop Lakes, and a short thirty-minute drive to the Sunrise Park Resort, this home definitely provides endless opportunities for activities and entertainment!

Get comfortable in the 1540 square feet of living space containing 3bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and enjoy the cool mountain air and updated cozy interior! The convenient floor plan offers a master bedroom downstairs (with a king) and bathroom, also a half bath downstairs. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Two upstairs bedrooms one with a full bed, and the other bedroom that has a bunk bed and a day bed with another twin that can be pulled out under that. A full bath upstairs. Enjoy a gorgeous kitchen and dining area, a cozy fireplace encompassing a central living room, a downstairs laundry room with both washer and dryer and a large backyard deck with tall pines!

With so many nearby places to hike, fish, shop, and eat, guests will have no problems finding something to do during their stay! The Woodland Lake Park has four miles of hiking trails, grilling areas, and a children's playground. Recommended places to eat are: Charlie Clark's Steakhouse, Darbi's Cafe, The Lion's Den Bar and Grill with live music, Matty's Beef and Beer, and the Red Devil Restaurant & Bar. A scenic forty minute drive will get you to the Sunrise Park Resort that provides both Winter and Summer outdoor activities to entertain the entire family. The area is surrounded by lakes that offer some of the best trout fishing in the State!

Refreshing Getaway

The property has a fenced yard and a great porch that faces the pine trees which was really refreshing. Took walks through the neighborhood in the morning. Communication was above and beyond!

Great Cabin!

We have rented here in the past. We had a wonderful time again. It is closely located to the ski slopes (about 25 minutes away) and easily accessible to everything in town. We will surely be back next ski season!

Cozy, well maintained cabin in an adequate neighborhood. It only took a phone call for Joe to assist us with minor things. Wonderful weekend skiing.

Spacious home with a great layout. No dogs are allowed on the property, but later found out the owner brings their 3 hypoallergenic golden doodles when they stay. I would not have thought this to be problem, except my son, who is allergic to dogs, had a mild reaction whenever we were at the home.

Great Cabin and Weather

We stayed for only two nights. A great modern interior while still having a cabin feel. The kids thought it was the best place ever and didn't want to go. We agreed. Would definitely come back. The owners were easy to contact and great to work with.

Sunrise Archery Shoot-Out

love it and was perfect for our needs. close enough to travel to sunrise ski resort daily. although i bring all items for kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, there was plenty of items there for our use. cooling was excellent. tv's and access to apps was awesome. nice back yard semi-privacy...cameras a little intimidating, i was not sure where else they were aside from front area and bbq area.

Good Family Home

It was a great stay for our family. The description and pictures are old, because the tetherball in the picture is broken. The dishes had old crusted food on them so we had to wash all the dishes before we could use them, and there was a foul odor in the kitchen but once we ran the disposal and aired out the house, it was better. But the hosts were very responsive when we had any issues and the house was beautiful.

Great family vacation!

We spent LDW at Carla’s cabin. Clean and well stocked! Our children loved the bunk beds and escape from the Phoenix heat. Excellent location with a beautiful park 5 minutes away! Book this rental!

This is the second time we have stayed at this cabin. It was a wonderful stay, located close to town and about 30 minutes from the ski slopes. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The cabin was clean and great condition. We will be back again! Thanks for everything.

Holiday getaway

As parents, we are always looking for ways to connect with our kids as they continue to grow up. Having 3 teenage kids 19, 16, and 14 it has become challenging to get everyone together.
