If possible could you clarify more what was missing? That will help us provide better service for future guests. As for the garage door, we've provided door code as the opener could be easy to get lost. I'll take all these suggestions into consideration and thank you again for your feedback. Liza, thanks for your review! I wish we could have chatted more. The garage door could be closed by simply pressing the button on controller located outside of garage door, so no one needs to run back to the upstairs! We provide paper towels and oven mitts, but not kitchen towels because I want to avoid washing it together with your bath towels or beddings. Apparently we did miss can opener, sorry, but we do provide strainer in the cabinet, and the batteries are in the cabinet drawer as well. I know some wonderful guest don't want to "bother" the host, but as a newer host, I would love hearing from you. It helps me understand your needs and ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
