Come experience everything Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort has to offer in our beautiful unit
in the Summit building! Every piece of furniture is brand new and selected to enhance the
breathtaking Gulf views that this unit provides. Relax in the Master suite which offers a King
size bed, desk/work space, and its own views of the white sandy beaches. The guest room
houses a queen size bed, as well as a twin over twin bunk space to allow for more room to
spread out. The living room has a queen size sofa bed for extra accommodations. The living
room, dining and kitchen area have an open floorplan. The large island is perfect for preparing
meals and the kitchen is well appointed with all of the necessities for entertainment. (Added
bonus that each bedroom has plenty of USB charging plugs for your electronics)
The unit overlooks Coffeen Nature Park and Topsail State Park with unparalleled panoramic gulf
views! The condo is a short walk to the beach. Tops'l also offers a tram service for a quick ride
to the beach.
Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you will have access to 500 feet of private beach,
the Summit heated pool, and the gulf front pool. Also, Tops'l resort offers a beach side
restaurant/bar, hot tub, beach chair service and resort security during your stay! Go hiking at
the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, tee off at one of the many golf courses in the
surrounding area, or spend a day shopping at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), the Silver
Sands Premium Outlets (two miles west), or Destin Commons (seven miles west).
Things to Know:
No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
There is a maximum of Two (2) vehicles for this unit.

Booked guests receive a $25 per day credit towards complimentary Beach Gear when you book
an All 30A Properties vacation home. Best of all, your gear will be delivered on the day of your
arrival and picked up on your departure date, so no need to pack any gear! Items to choose
from include single and tandem kayaks, stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas,
coolers, corn hole and more!
All Cancellations Will Be Charged an $89+Tax Fee For Processing Regardless of How Far Out
from Check-in.
