Emerald Waters condos are located next to the Frangista Beach community in Miramar Beach, FL. While staying at Emerald Waters, you'll be walking distance to Pompano Joes (7 minutes), Whales Tail (10 minutes), Bad Ass Coffee, Emerald Coast Winery, Pascalli Kitchen, Dairy Queen, and Paradise Found Souvenir Shop are all just a 4 minute walk away! Guests at Emerald Waters can enjoy a community swimming pool, hot tub, grilling area, and a deeded beach access!

This is unit 202 on the second floor. The living room has a brand new Queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv, and access to the balcony overlooking the swimming pool! The swimming pool is heated from the week of Christmas through mid April. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal for nights when you feel like staying in. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed with a flat screen tv. The master bath has a dual sink vanity and shower tub/combo. The second bedroom has twin over queen bunk with twin trundle and the second bathroom has a tiled tub/shower combo. There is a table with seating for four on the balcony. The condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet which is on a secure network.
