The accommodations are on a renovated lobster style yacht. The boat does not have an engine, so it cannot leave the dock. Rather, you will enjoy your stay at the beautiful marina located in the heart of Southwest Harbor. Guests should be prepared for inclement weather and be comfortable sleeping on a boat. The use of the marina facilities will require a short walk including over docks and a boat ramp. The boat does offer heat and running water. There is also a small bathroom offering a toilet. Showering facilities are located at the marina.
