This 5 bed 4 bath home features a newly renovated modern lofted design with high ceilings, tons of natural light, panoramic mountain views, and multiple outdoor entertainment spaces including a deck with plenty of seating overlooking Mount Silverheels.

The third bedroom is an open footprint in the loft area with a privacy screen, but it is also separated from any other sleeping quarters because it's the only bedroom in the loft / second floor.

The loft is also equipped with a pool table and a cozy family entertainment area with a 65" TV with Netflix included.

Each bedroom is adjacent to its own bathroom so no need to worry about sharing bathroom space. However, we are on well water, and hot water is limited, so it is helpful to space out your showers to prevent running out of hot water temporarily.

Bears, moose, elk, and deer are common visitors on this property, so please be aware when you are exploring the land, and do not leave food or trash outside. We have added cables to secure the outdoor garbage, so if you throw anything into it, please be sure to lock it back up. If a bear does visit, you will probably hear a kerfuffle because he usually knocks the trash over trying to sneak a free meal. Just knock on the window and tell him to go away. He's easily deterred.

The entire unit is yours to enjoy. However, there is a locked door that leads to the basement unit where we live. This will remain sealed off during your stay.
