Vacation

Property and condo were phenomenal. Pool area was wonderful with beautiful views and great service. Alex was very pleasant, attentive and helped us in a situation we really appreciated Great experience and will do it again

Gorgeous condo has everything you need and more

This place does not disappoint! In fact, the pictures don't really do it justice. First off, it's BEAUTIFUL!! And it's very comfortable and roomy. Plus, there's outdoor access on a lovely balcony off the LR and a cool, secluded patio off the BR. Furnishings all look brand new and the condo was very clean. The SOHO property is beautifully kept and the rooftop pool area is stunning. The staff at the pool bar were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The owners of this condo were really easy to communicate with and were quick to reply and help with questions. Highly recommend this condo. Well-appointed, clean, quiet, great location, and fantastic pool.

Beautiful condo with all the accoutrements in a state of the art building

Concierge Christian was very responsive to texts and greeted us upon arrival. Condo was brand new, gorgeously decorated with everything you would need from TVs and USB outlets to a dishes, a toaster, and washer/dryer. Everything is brand new state of the art and high end. The biggest drawback was that the rooftop pool heater was not yet installed so the water was ice cold, but the view was still amazing!

Pure Luxury

The unit was stunning & working with the property owners / managers were responsive & friendly. We stayed in Casa Ruby Mae. It’s a 5 star unit. The rooftop is the most stunning & spacious rooftop I have ever seen. The service on the rooftop was also 5 star. The bartenders & servers were super attentive & friendly. It’s a bit dicey to cross the highway but worth it for the stay. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was related to the bar & restaurant & front desk. The fact that you cannot even bring your own bottle of water up is ridiculous. We spent over $100 CDN a day in drinks so bringing a bottle of water shouldn’t be an issue. They also had very little food. I understand they were just getting going but if this is the case then loosen up a bit on what can be brought up. I’ve noticed many other reviews noting this hopefully you can find a solution. We found the staff at the front desk didn’t represent the rest of the 5 star experience. Ig would also be nice to have some type of seating on the lobby.

Vibrant, Historical Old Town. Most amazing people, food and close to great night life, galleries, excursions and within a 10 minute walk to Los Muertos pier and beach. No other rooftop like it where you can see the all of Puerto Vallarta and the entirety of Banderas Bay!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Located in the one of the largest new condo buildings in the Romantic Zone, our condo is one of the most spacious in the building with 1431 square feet with a front balcony and private courtyard off the main bedroom (the only courtyard in the building). The rooftop pool area has a restaurant and bar and is the largest pool in the Western Hemisphere and one of the largest in the world. You have 360 views of Puerto Vallarta and all of Banderas Bay. The best place in PV to watch fireworks as you see 100's of displays all at once. Pool is heated during peak season.
