No Cleaning Fee!* Secluded space in a quaint, themed development. Quick walk to the beach. Walk to Nelscott Beach one of Lincoln City's less crowded beaches. Watch the Fall Storms in all their glory from the community steps. Search for agates and Jasper at low tide. Work out in the community gym. Walk to local restaurants for fresh seafood. * We consider a normal level of cleaning (Laundry, unloading the dishwasher, emptying the waste bins, etc) as part of our service as a host. Excessive messes will incur additional charges. Leave it nice and enjoy the savings

The neighborhood was beautiful and it felt safe. The house was in a great location close to multiple beaches and also the local city. Plenty of space to spread and enjoy being together.

Super roomy and clean home in convenient Lincoln City location. The neighborhood is so cute. Short walk to the beach (lots of stairs though). Hosts are amazing and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Great Place to stay!

This was a lovely house! We had dogs and babies and teenagers. It’s close to the beach, there’s a little playground and a sort of fenced in area for the dogs. Would stay again!

The home was clean and spacious. The host was prompt and courteous. The drive and parking photos were not as expected. The kitchen had nice appliances but was short on some basic utensils.

Great location

Nice, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to the beach. Close to many dining and shopping options and great communication with host. (No issues while we were there, just general information being communicated from the host) We will definitely book again!!

Awesome Place

This place is great, only short walk to an amazing quite beach. Owner is also great and quick responding to our requests. I will definitely come back here with my first occasion. Don't think to much just book this house you will not regret. We was with 3 kids and we enjoy it!

Cute Beach House!

Super cute beach house in Olivia Beach close to the community park & pool and a short walk to beach access. Dave provided the best customer service and went over and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Definitely recommended! We had two full size pick ups so parking was a little tight for us.

This property was actually better than the listing! It said 1.5 bathrooms and its actually 2.5. We also thought we'd have to use the neighborhood's laundry facilities but there was a washer and dryer. There was a little fenced area to let our Yorkies out in. Very clean. Beautiful property. The owner was extremely friendly and was a great communicator. He offered an early check in option, was very prompt when questions were asked, checked in with us to see if we were having a good time and if we needed anything. Plenty of supplies. Great, warm community pool. Wonderful property and owner. We'd definitely stay again.

Last minute getaway

Host was great to work with, near beach access, right by the neighborhood park, house was beautiful and accommodated us well. We booked less than 24 hours before check in and the host was super accommodating and great to work with. My only complaint is that there were not adequate kitchen supplies for our needs. With 3 littles it would have been nice to be able to cook more at home.

Cute neighborhood close to the beach

We had a really nice time staying here. The place was very spacious! The owner was very nice and if you needed anything he was available. The listing said it had 3 double beds and 2 queens when we booked. I’m not sure if this has changed, but it is actually 3 twins and 2 queens. We found the floors to be dirty but was able to clean them with a broom and didn’t take much time to do. It is a beach so I guess sand gets tracked pretty easily. One nice surprise was the neighborhood. We had access to a park, fire pit and the community pool. The pool was very nice and heated.
