(Comenzamos a reservar para el próximo verano el 1 de septiembre, por lo que todos nuestros vacacionistas actuales y pasados tienen la primera oportunidad de reservar).

¡Bienvenido a Sea Escape!

Maravillosamente decorado y renovado. Tercera casa de la playa. Muy espacioso. ¡Nunca se vio tan bien! Nuevos pisos de madera renovados en 2014. Nuevas ventanas en 2015. Residió todo el exterior en 2016. Pisos nuevos, completamente pintados por dentro y por fuera y baños actualizados en 2019.

Le encantará esta cabaña recientemente renovada, 'Sea Escape'. Está tan cerca del océano que la playa se sentirá como en su patio delantero. La playa está a tiro de piedra de la puerta principal. Una vez en la playa, encontrará una vista panorámica majestuosa de 9 islas (una con un faro), la entrada del río Saco con un embarcadero para subir y pescar, etc. Si tienes un bote, ¡tráelo!

Es divertido usar una ducha exterior o simplemente enjuagar a los niños ...

Hill's Beach es muy tranquila y lo suficientemente lejos como para alejarse de todas las playas turísticas. En su mayor parte, las únicas personas que frecuentan esta área de playa son las que viven en la calle, aproximadamente 10 casas. ¡Entonces la gran playa de arena es casi tuya!

Si tiene niños (como nuestra familia), disfrutará de la tranquilidad de estar en una calle lateral con muy poco tráfico y el amplio patio para que los niños corran y jueguen mientras esperan la corta caminata hacia la playa.

Parece pequeño desde el exterior, pero tiene más de 1500 pies cuadrados. Completamente amueblado y renovado con lavadora / secadora. Es una casa de 3 dormitorios para toda temporada, aire acondicionado y pisos de madera, cocina totalmente equipada.

Nota: Ropa de cama no se proporcionan. El contrato de alquiler firmado debe enviarse después de la reserva.

Great house in great location!

This house was perfect for me and my family with small kids. The beach is close, beautiful and quiet. The house is a good layout with plenty of room for a family and a great yard to play in.

I DONT WANT TO GIVE IT A GOOD REVIEW BECAUSE MORE WILL COME!

Such an amazing vacation! Quiet, relaxing, perfect for the family and a safe swim place for young kids! Fishing, paddle boarding, close to tourist locations if you want but also away from all the hustle and bustle. Really don’t want to give it a perfect review because we will always want to come back!!

Bright, clean and comfortable!

We have rented Sea Escape for our family getaway for two years and are already booked for a third year. The house is the perfect size for our family, the yard is big and it is two houses from the beach - we can't ask for much more than that!

Perfect spot for a family vacation

This was our 6th year returning to the Sea Escape, which has become one of our favorite vacation spots. We are a family of 4 plus a dog and we all have plenty of space to spread out and the kids have room to play (inside and out). The house is literally steps to the beach, which is a huge plus. Biddeford is a hidden gem - so close to Kennebunk, Portland, Funtown Splashtown (Saco), Wells and more! We look forward to returning next year!

Amazing Place & So Much To Do!!!

What an absolutely amazing vacation!! There were 10 of us for a family reunion and had the best time making new memories. Everything from the planning, communication, booking, coordination, accommodations, amenities, location, property, neighbors, and the BEACH were nothing short of spectacular. We had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for everyone and a variety of things to do from beach time, games, spaces for afternoon naps, plenty of places to walk and jog. We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation! Home was super clean and comfortable with way more than enough enough space for 2 adults, 3 teens and an 11 year old. The beach was just steps away, convenience store within walking distance. Being able to bring our old dog meant a lot to us too as she won’t be around much longer. We had a great vacation and hope to be back in the future! Thank you for renting your beautiful beach home to us!

Wonderful stay

We loved this house a lot. It really is bigger than the pictures show. The beds are comfortable. The sea is very close. The low tide allows magnificent long walks to the island. The neighborhood is quiet. communication with John was really easy. We loved everything. Thanks again!!

Hills Beach Maine Rental was awesome!

We have never rented a beach house in Maine before and we really had no idea what to expect. End result was a awesome week right off the beach at the Sea Escape Cottage. It was all about the location with young children and ease of use and access between the cottage and the beach. The cottage had allot of room with A/C which helped a few days when it was really hot. Front and back porches which was great. Big yard and a outside shower that really needs a door. Overall, it was a great cottage to rent and location next to the beach so we will be back next year

Great Family Beach Vacation

Our family of 6 (plus our dog) stayed here in August 2019. The house was perfect for our family's needs, and everything that a beach house should be! It was very comfortable and everyone had plenty of space. Location is great - nice quiet neighborhood and no busy roads to cross to get to the beach. The beach itself is beautiful, nicely kept and not too crowded. The water is clean, clear and the waves are very gentle thanks to the jetty, so we didn't have to worry about any kids getting knocked over. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 8 or 9am and after 5pm, which ours really enjoyed (it was his first time on a beach), and the backyard was a great spot for him to roam around on his lead without disturbing anybody. We also enjoyed the backyard ourselves, the evenings were perfect fire pit weather :) Overall, we would be very happy to stay here again. My one suggestion is to bring dish towels - there weren't any at the house so we ended up buying some because I hated to use up so many paper towels drying off dishes.

Wonderful house and perfect location.

This is our second year to vacation in this house. It felt like arriving home when we got there. Such a comfortable and spacious house. We loved being so close to the ocean and being able to walk the beach anytime we felt like it. Also, since it is a semi-private beach, we were often alone there. What a wonderful piece of heaven on earth.

This was a great place to stay. Our family had a great time on the beach! This is also a pet friendly home. Our dog loved it as much as we did! The beach us also dog friendly in the mornings and evenings. Would stay again.

Perfect house for a family vacation

This was the perfect location for a family vacation. The house is located on a very quiet dead-end street and the neighbors we met were very friendly. The house itself was very clean and more spacious than we had expected. We had great weather the week we stayed making it possible to have most of our meals at the table in the back yard. We especially liked being only a few steps from the beach making it possible to go there anytime we felt like it and to enjoy awesome sunrises and sunsets. We are looking forward to spening another vacation here.

Hills Beach Haven is Heaven

Hills Beach is our new favorite beach location. The house is so close to the beach that we truly felt like we were staying right on the ocean! The house itself is a great size, and our large group never felt as if we didn’t have our own space. We can not wait to return to the house and to Hills Beach. We recommend taking a walk through the quaint town in the am before spending the day at the beach!

Fantastic Family and Friends Beach Vacation

Sea Escape turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It is located on a nice quiet road. The inside of the house is so much roomier then it looks and is quite comfortable, very clean and all we could have hoped for. We all loved to sit in the front porch in the morning. We have been vacationing at Hills Beach for over 25 years and were happy to find Sea Escape since our families are growing and it met all our needs. It is a very short walk to the beautiful and quiet beach. I can not say enough about Jonathan and Carrie who were always available to answer any question we had. We’ve already booked for next year. Thanks for a great worry free place for us to vacation.

Awesome vacation spot!

We loved staying at Sea Escape! The location is amazing and a very short walk to the beach. It's also very close to the channel / harbor - and we brought our own paddle boards and had so much fun here. The low tides were a lot of fun for the kids. The beach is not busy at all. The house was the perfect size for us and we really enjoyed the porches in the front and back of the house. We'd love to come back soon!

Nice, Comfortable house so close to the beach!

The house is much roomier on the inside than it looks from the outside. My family was quite comfortable. The beach was such a close walk and perfect for our young children. Older children might be bored if they are looking for big waves. The neighbor hood was peaceful and the neighbors were all friendly and welcoming. Jonathan and Carrie always responded quickly to all my questions and were so easy to work with. No surprises as everything was exactly how it was described!

Great location, practically private beach.

The house is in a great location. It's a quiet beach neighborhood, but only 15-20 minutes away from Old Orchard and lots of other activities with little traffic on the way. And of course it's literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. The beach is great for young kids who want to collect shells (at low tide you can walk hundreds of feet out) and make castles. Also great if you want to just hang out and relax as most days there was hardly anyone around. But if you have older kids who want to boogie board they'll be disappointed as there are no real waves; the beach is protected by a breakwater. We had two adults, three kids and a dog and there was plenty of room for all, we never felt cramped. The backyard was ready to go for a campfire with plenty of wood stacked. The interior is dated and a bit worn but clean. The kitchen was well stocked. If I had any complaints it would be the hard bed in the master bedroom, which left both my wife and I waking up sore. It would also be nice to have a larger propane grill to BBQ on instead of the small charcoal grill that is in the back. Overall the location makes up for any of these minor nitpicks.

Spent 5 wonderful days

Excellent location and clean property. Highly recommend it. Only feedback is that the mattresses are too soft. Easy fix is to have a couple of low profile airbeds available.
