A Sea Star is a unique 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. The entire house is elevated, providing a huge outdoor covered area below for playing games or taking in some shade by the pool. Upstairs, you will find a main 2 bedroom 2 bath home, combined with a separate 1 bedroom carriage house. This layout offers the ideal space and amenities for a perfect family and friends getaway.

First, step into a sunlit haven in the main house where the spacious, open living area provides the hub for connection and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen features gleaming stainless-steel appliances, ample cabinet and counter space, plus a breakfast bar overlooking the dining room - perfect for preparing meals together while discussing the day’s island adventures. The dining room table is large enough to seat up to 10 people.

This portion of the home also offers a cozy living room with sliding glass doors leading to the covered balcony. Relax on the balcony with a coffee or a cocktail and take in the sights and sounds of nature. The master bedroom features cable TV, desk space, a king bed and luxurious ensuite bath. Down the hall you will find a second full bathroom and the guest bedroom which features a twin over full bunk bed and pullout trundle.

You will find the sleeping arrangements are endless when you step outside and walk over to the fabulous carriage house. The carriage house offers another private retreat with a queen bed and beautiful tile bathroom, as well as a separate living area with 2 twin daybeds and pullout trundles. For added convenience this adorable space also offers a small kitchenette with breakfast bar, sink, mini fridge and microwave.

The spacious yard is your personal paradise, where days can be spent basking in the sun or floating in the private pool. Everyone will enjoy taking turns with the ping-pong table and cornhole set. Embrace outdoor living on the covered patio decked out with a sectional sofa, loungers for soaking up the sun, and an outdoor dining area - perfect for poolside grilling on the BBQ.

Located on a quiet section of popular Gladiolus St, this home offers convenient access to the gulf beach and stunning Bean Point. But, even better yet, the property line shares a direct beach path to Bayfront Park so that you can walk to the sandy shore of Tampa bay in less than one minute. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
