My mistress is a completely renovated and charming ground floor home in the heart of Anna Maria. With its amazing location on Magnolia Ave, this home is an easy walk to shopping and restaurants on Pine Avenue, the white sand Gulf beaches and more!

Step through the double entry doors and you will be welcomed by the warm and inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Cook up a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen or grill out on the patio. Dine indoors or out at the patio table for 6 with umbrella - the choice is yours. The living room is open to the beautiful dining room with table for 6-8 and French doors that open out to the amazing backyard!

Venture out onto the amazing back patio where your dream vacation truly begins. The amazing pool and hot tub will make you feel as if you are in a private blue grotto. There is a gazebo, an expansive patio with chaise loungers and a dock overlooking the canal. Relax on the dock as the sun sets or try your hand at some fishing. My Mistress has a little something for everyone and is sure to please!

*Please note the boat lift and any on-site watercraft is not for guest use. Additional boats may not be docked.*

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

3 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
